"I chose Eco Suites because of the good ratings but our experience really wasn't great. One employee (a russian guy?) was actually helpful, while the others gave us contradicting information to just weren't helpful at all. For instance, when we asked how to do laundry we were first told to come back at 9 pm (!!!) and when we checked again the helpful guy assisted us instantly and also gave us big shower towels. It was uncomfortable for us and we woke up stiff every morning. There are some restaurants in the village but you need a car if you want to explore the surrounding area. "Great hosts, very friendly owners. I lost my key and they were not angry. I left it at a restaurant and luckily it was there the next day. Owners were very understanding. It was raining when I left and they offered to give me a pancho they had. Everything was clean and I was happy to have a kitchen so I could cook. There were not many restaurants immediately outside, but there was a grocery store not far down the street. I opted to cook rather than eat out since it was a business trip....
