We stayed on the third floor right above the fried chicken street, but amazingly could hear none of the noise outside. "the hotel has a big main entrance on the ground floor and the car can just stop right in front of the hotel. we do not have to lug our luggages to take the lift to another level for check in, unlike some other nearby hotels with tiny unobvious main entrance. the check-in and check-out was very smooth. the staff are friendly and communication is without fuss. we had 2 comfort twin rooms and managed to get adjacent rooms as requested. the room is big, size good for 4. everything is clean, no...

"The lotte hotel Seoul is sooooooo amazing. The hospitality and service is unmatched. I’ve never felt more like royalty than when I stayed here. The executive tower is worth it!!!!! If you have the chance, definitely try the hotel restaurant Mugunghwa - it is on a top level so you get an amazing dining experience with views to match. What an experience! We will be back!!!!!"
