Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, good hotel for the price, pool was clean (although towels for the pool are tiny, even for my small child they weren't big enough) Was nice to have the breakfast and the gravy was good and eggs fine and neat to have waffle maker but the sausage tasted spoiled, the shampoo/cond little travel bottles were already half used, toilet paper was terrible Overall, satisfied.

All was good except security! Had issue with kids playing basketball and jumping on beds in the room above ours and could get no answer from front desk! The noise finally stopped about midnight so we could get some sleep! Front desk this morning said that someone should have answered my call and would check into it!

The workout center is extremely small, has no free weights and no thermostat, so the temperature was pretty toasty! It also opens to the breakfast area so you could smell the breakfast items. One of the machines was not functioning, and the tv would not work either. They said the hotel was about to update the workout facility so they were waiting to repair those things. The shower had weak pressure, however, the beds were very comfortable, and there were ample pillows so we rested well!

Zero stars , area not well kept. The room was very outdated. Carpet, chairs, couch very stained with who knows what. Bed mattresses were extremely flat. Room smelled of Lysol as the only means of cleaning or disinfectant. Would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE

grandkids were so happy to have the swimming pool open and they were quite impressed with the breakfast buffet - hot chocolate and individual waffles, it was a comfortable stay - just wish you had exhaust fans in the bathroom!

The breakfast was the worst we have ever had. Eggs were scrambled, but they had been sitting in the warmer so long they were not edible. Coffee was cold. The only hot food was the gravy.

The bathtub was dirty. Was not cleaned after the last person was in the room. There were dirt rings around the bathtub. The foot stool in the room was very dirty. Who knows what was spilled on it, but a nasty dirty ring was on it. We only spent the night since we were just passing thru the area to our final destination, and it was just off the highway.

The evening manager was very difficult and lied about restrictions that made it hard to check in. Our group ended up having to make 3 different reservations before being allowed to check in. He refused one of our group the access to remain in the hotel because she lived in a nearby town. The staff this morning especially Jeanette was very accommodating allowing my reservation to stand and refunded the third reservation. It ruined our afternoon. We were all in town for a 50 th year class reunion and had plans to visit a winery but because of all of the problems, we weren’t able to go.
