"The Omni centennial park was a great hotel for our event at the State Farm arena. The staff was welcoming although the reception was unaware of the Omni kids/junior chef program and our kids were disappointed it was unavailable at this property.
The gym was large and had many machines annd weights although both peleton screens did not turn on.
The restaurant was large and was not a highlight of our visit. We went for dinner and our waitress did not know the price of the buffet. She told us “maybe it was $35, and maybe the kids were $21”. She did not know what was on the buffet.
We ordered kids meals for our two which were good but the kids drinks were forgotten after reminders. The adult food was good. When trying to check out, our waiters and the manager and another staff member had to be asked as the drinks were re-re-requested for the children. They were served as well as the ice cream we were told had to be “made” for the kids meals.
When the check arrived, we tried to room charge for the kids eat free promotion although the manager said she would have to re-ring the check and after 90m at dinner, we needed to get to the show. We opted to pay with cards to avoid any additional time. There were so many staff members present, it was a disorganized and disappointing experience. We opted to skip the restaurant for breakfast to avoid additional difficulty with two children.
The lobby coffee was delicious and hopefully these issues can be resolved."
