Had everything we would expect from a nice hotel in the USA (like a full service Marriott). Shuttle service to and from airport is prompt and reliable. All staff were kind and professional. Food was outstanding and reasonably priced.

This hotel was conveniently situated for a short hop to the airport. The check in was quick. The room was adequately equipped and comfortable. A good mattress and a nice shower. The buffets were vast and reasonably priced.

Super convenient for an 8-hour overnight layover. Their shuttle runs 24/7 to the hotel and airport. The room was satisfactory with WiFi. The staff was very friendly!

This property was a pleasant surprise. I was better quality than I expected. Actually it was nice. The only downfall I saw was they don’t pre-authorise your creditcard to allow for accidentals such as room service, washing clothes. So the room service you have to pay separately and the washing of clothing you have to go to the front desk to pay first before they will deliver the washed clothes, very inefficient.

The room is dated. The electrical outlets are old style. There is only one outlet that is current configuration however it does not work due to the main breaker is not working according to the front desk. The bathroom shower is dirty.

The staff was attentive and courteous. The food was excellent; freshly made and delicious. Lots of cuisine options for different palletes. The shuttle service was prompt both times I used it. Comfortable for my overnight stay.

Pros: Close to airport, nice hotel at a good value, breakfast pancakes were great. Cons: shuttle was full both from and to airport so had to wait on a second shuttles, long lines to check-in and check-out. Coffee at breakfast was bad.

We did have a reservation however, we were told they did not have any room and would move us to another sister hotel further away. This meant we needed to secure a ride back to the airport. So I cannot tell you anything about this hotel but that not having a room when I had a reservation was not good. Guess you have to take a chance!

Environment very clean and safe However l did not like the attitude of some front desk staff, when l told them the flash system of the room l was in wasn't properly functioning they showed a cold shoulder and took down the room number and did not even bother to ask me l managed there under such a circumstance neither did they appreciate that l informed them.I thought that was a bit arrogance on their part.

There were several issues. The room that was provided to us on the first night we checked in was dirty, the door lock was broken, the safe was not working, there was just one bath towel and hand towel and one bottle of water for the two of us. We requested for a room change. The second room also had a non functioning door lock, the safe did not work and there was one bottle of water for 2 of us. I then spoke with the duty manager who resolved some issues but not all.

We liked the free shuttle to the airport. The Rooms in the first tower are in need up an update, bathrooms very old fixtures. Buffet has a great selection. Nice Bar and very friendly staff. Pool had algae in it so not suitable for swimming which is unfortunate the site photo's show it in better condition.

This is a very convenient hotel for travelers with close proximity and good shuttle service to the airport. While the rooms are in great need of updating they are decent in size, the beds are comfortable and the showers are great. The breakfast was fabulous and staff were all friendly and professional. I was a bit annoyed when i was placed in a smoking room but this was rectified without fuss. All in all a decent place to stay overnight.

Room was ok, a little dated. Nice restaurant with delicious food, some of the staffs are not friendly. Parking is a nightmare and extra fee .

The room assigned was very old and in much need of a renovation. Thankfully it was clean and we only needed a quick overnight as we had an early flight the next morning. Restaurant was good as were the staff. Pool was not usable.

The staff were so incredibly friendly. I'd missed a longhaul flight and I was really distressed and tired and they were very kind and understanding. True South Africa hospitality.

Its location is very convenient. Very close to the airport with an efficient shuttle service. Great buffet service with a great selection of food items. The only picky issue for me is that the hotel could do with a thorough cleaning of the carpets to eliminate the strong smell they now emit from humidity.
