Disliked: Room comfort
Hotel was very average, I checked in at 4pm and the room was not ready. Bedding was damp and room phone did not work to call reception, rooms are not sound proof so everything that happens in the hallway you can hear. Simple thing like hanging space for shirts and suits are not available.

Relatively comfortable -
this was my first stay at this very new hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient - but it took awhile for them to find my booking. I was allocated a room on the ground floor- which overlooked the car park and the coming and goings of cars at night was annoying as it shines through the window. Other than that it was clean and basic - although NO HAIRDRYER in a hotel of this standard is a no no.

There is a staff at the restaurant whose name is Precious, she is outstanding. Property is very new and properly maintained although a little distant from downtown.

Overall very good new hotel, very clean spacious rooms, good reasonably priced food, ample secure parking. Next to road but rooms well insulated to traffic noise Was first given room with double bed but changed to one with king bed after I reiterated my booking. One with double bed has no wardrobe. Rooms have no carpet I definitely highly recommend it and would use it again

It was my second time staying at Regal Inn. I have never been disappointed with anything. Hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. The bar is out of this world. The pool area is so relaxing. There is plenty of parking space. The WI-FI is fast. I would like to give special thanks to the Service Duty Manager (Jackie), who went out of her way to assist me when there was an error on my booking. I got the room I wanted. Not forgetting Rearabetswe Ngakane, who is a student at the International Hotel School, and training under Jackie at the front desk. She was very kind, compassionate and displayed great management skills. The hospitality industry needs people like her. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a comfortable stay.

It was not so good. But its clean There was cigarette smell in ths corridor. No bar fridge for iur drinks No heas lamps Rooms were too plain

Good day Thank you for your advise. The bed lamps are arriving in September as they are orders from overseas. We do have a fridge in the room, it depends on which room you have booked. There are different rooms with different prices available. We have a strictly no smoking policy and if a guest do smoke in the room, they are being dealt with by management.
