Just them beds were too tiny (like kiddies bed for a grown man requiring XL). Booked an executive room with two twin beds, bad mistake!!!

It was a nice venue, but due to a lot of conference attendees being the skillset we were, the service was a little slow and the venue a little loud.

Good value for money excellent breakfast
Accommodation was adequate. Venue was very busy due to conferences. Check-in was smooth and fast. Room was ok. Breakfast was very good.

Great stay! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Unit was very comfortable and clean but needs a little TLC (bad TV reception, outside light not working, no remote for aircon). Buffet breakfast was really great!!!

I just want to say i had a wonderful time at Kopanong. I stayed in room 1003 and can say I had so many aha! moments!!!
From the check-in, where i was graciously welcomed, and my hotel booking issues resolved, to the guys at the reception, the restaurant and the room, I am glad for the experience and look forward to coming back real soon.

The morning we checked in there was left over mouldy food in the fridge, which was never removed! Even after we made it known to reception.
We were shouted at when we showed up for breakfast because they weren't ready for us!
I was served raw pork sausages twice!
And for the last 2 and a half days there was no running water, even after complaining the best I got was "we're working on it" when I requested a new room they said they will make arrangements which never happened! I had to go to a family members house 14 km away to have a shower!
Will never stay there again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everytime I asked for assistance from the hotel on a matter, it was swiftly attended to. Though the buffet dinner was a bit expensive, but food looked quite nice.

Did not know you had to arrange airport transportation ahead of time so it cost us $30 extra. That is a problem when arriving as you can only estimate the time of arrival and time it takes to get through customs and immigration.

El transf del hotel funciona bien. La cena y el desayuno muy completos. En el desayuno hacen tortillas y huevo en el momento. Muy recomendable para una noche si vas al coger un vuelo en el aeropuerto de Johannesburgo.
