Terrible check-in experience
"It was a terrible experience to take for the room to be cleaned. I arrived at the hotel around 3PM, but still was told that the room was not ready for check-in. I waited for another 30 minutes before getting the key card."

"Beautiful historic hotel and the staff speak English. if you go to China, this is the biggest problem, just imagen you can't order food, you can't ask for a taxi, you can't ask the staff where to go etc. I will stay again many times, my only complain is that they don't have room service,"
