Hotel was good, had problems with my booking first arrived but then Lucy in the reception has been very kind and ready to help! Very nice place moderate and enjoyable!

I loved everything about the property and staff. I don't want to give the staff a bad rating because of hotel policy. I'm used to booking hotels for 2 adults and not mentioning my 5 year old. However, for some stupid reason the hotel charged us an extra 90 euro a night when they found out that my 5 year old was staying with us. It shouldn't matter as the room came with a day bed and it's not like she was going to cost 90 euros extra to take care of. Other than that, we loved it.

Hotel has good location and pleasant staff, price is a bit higher than I would expect from overall experience. Now, in details: Good: - location: 45 mins from airport, first line of beach, second line from Main Street (this is rather good than bad - no too loud from the street), aqua park, aquarium and science factory + tropicarium are only a few minutes driving - personnel. All are pleasant and nice, most speak English. - pool (big enough) - price Bad: - rooms need renovation, looks like 15-20 years old now (based on hair dryer yellowish color). - worst sound isolation I ever seen: the wall is so thin that flushing toilet almost runs behind your head (bed is on the same wall as next room’s restroom). I’m not even mentioning voices from next room. - car parking is too limited, no reservation, you leave car keys on the reception so the guys can move your car to free out the car in front of you (2 cars per slot). - there are hotel’s chairs and umbrellas on the beach, but they are too far from the water (like 7th-8th row from the beach) - more of it, the beach beds/umbrellas are paid (20€/day) - even pool beds are paid (7€/day) - breakfast is ok, but no variations, every day the same menu - no lunch/dinner options in the hotel. It’s probably not that big problem having so many restaurants nearby, but some evenings they are so crowded that hotel’s restaurant option would be good. Summary: definitely not the 4* hotel.

THE AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!! THE LIGHTS IN THE BATHROOM WERE FLICKERING!! Not even close to the advertised four star hotel. Not even a two star!! Complained kindly many times to the reservation desk. Finally they offered to move me to the hotel next door at an exaggerated cost!! (and owned by the same fellow - what a surprise) Totally ripped off!

Tilava huone ja parveke. Merinäköala. Huonoa oli että meille kerrottiin vasta hotellissa että joudumme vaihtamaan viereiseen hotelliin 2 yön jälkeen, koska hotelli suljetaan. Miten on mahdollista että Ebookers ei infonnut meitä tästä. Kyllä tämmöinen asia pitäisi etukäteen tietää.

L’hotel è molto vecchio ma è da intendere essendo in prima linea sul mare ma il problema è che è tenuto malissimo, porte rotte, mattonelle rotte, macchie sul muro ecc.. La posizione perfetta perché a soli 5 minuti a piedi da piazza Mazzini.. però il prezzo non lo vale e credo che neanche 4 stelle. Non ho usato il ristorante e neanche la piscina quindi non saprei dare informazioni. Sono stati gentili in quanto ci hanno chiamato nel momento in cui la camera era pronta ed è stato intorno mezzogiorno.

Inte 4 stjärnor hotell som dom påstår. Dålig städning, personal glömde fylla på rena handdukar, vi var 3 vuxna i trippelrum, de flesta dagar fick vi bara 2 duschhanddukar, de glömde fylla på toalettpapper muggar mm. Balkongen städades aldrig. Det står på hotelguides sida att strandservice finns mot avgift som solsängar och parasoll men det kostade även att använda dessa vid hotellpoolen. Inte tillräckligt med parkering

Mindre bra poolområde, man fick inte ha bollar i poolen, samt fick man betala för solstolar även vid poolen, inte OK, när man även ska betala för solstolar på hotellets strand. Dålig information om vad som händer på och kring hotellet. Bra frukost.

Bra läge men hotellet är i behov av översyn.
Hotellet är slitet och i behov av renovering. Air condition på rummet låter mest, men mycket dålig kyla. Trots den gick på max dygnet runt klarade den inte att kyla rummet till en acceptabel nivå. Parkering runt hotellet har få platser och i garaget tillkommer 10€/dygn. Wifi har dålig täckning på rummen. Frukosten var mycket bra.

Die unterkunft war bei eröffnung bestimmt eines der schönsten hotels in jesolo. Das liegt aber 40 jahre zurück und seit dem wurde nie renoviert bekommt man das gefühl. Die mitarveiter aind freundlich und bemüht.

Lækker beliggenhed i forhold til strand og byliv. Udemærket morgenmads buffet. Hotellet havde sin storhedstid i 70erne og er ikke blevet opdateret siden -og det var klimaanlægget heller ikke!! Ingen aircondition, alle fik udleveret elektriske vifter til værelserne istedet. Vi fik en opgradering til et lækkert værelse med havudsigt på 3.dagen efter en masse brok. Her virkede airconditioning heller ikke (det kunne vi hører at det heller ikke gjorde på de andre beboere vi talte med’s værelser ) men opgraderingen og viften gjorde stadig at vi havde et fantastisk ophold.

hotel vecchio, camera decisamente non da 4 stelle - manca aria condizionata, frigo bar, wifi, il televisore sottomarca si vede male, gabinetto vetusto da albergo 2 stelle massimo 3 (ad essere propio generosi). La posizione dell'hotel in riva al mare è buona, la colazione discreta in un bel locale con vista giardino e mare, il personale è gentile, il garage (quello a pagamento però) , è ottimo. Io non ho dormito granchè bene , ma la mia auto si !!

La struttura non è male, ma non di certo da 4 stelle.. colazione ottima e abbondante, piscina pulita, staff gentile. Camera praticamente senza aria condizionata (c era ma non funzionava), si moriva dal caldo. Lettini a mare troppo costosi e in piscina altrettanto. Diciamo che sono stato in hotel con meno stelle ma con tutto compreso nel prezzo e con aria condizionata ben funzionante. Tutto sommato per due notti non è male, ma si può trovare di meglio a meno prezzo.

Sehr nettes Personal. Klimaanlage funktionierte im ganzen Hotel nicht, selbst nach Reklamation nicht. Egal welche Grade man einstellte, es war immer gleich warm. Der Herr von der Technik kam wegen Reklamationen zur Kontrolle und meinte, sie funktioniert, da sie bläst, wegen Temperatur war er überfordert und es wurde auch nichts repariert. Liegestühle sind am Pool und am Strand zu bezahlen.

Struttura vecchia e scadente
L´hotel é in ottima posizione, centrale e fronte mare. Il personale gentilissimo, a parte la responsabile dell´ufficio che a causa di un disguido con il parcheggio ci ha assillato per trovare il responsabile dell´errore facendoci sentire molto a disagio. La struttura é vecchissima e fatiscente non merita nemmeno 1 stella. Ogni servizio é a pagamento, compreso lettino e ombrellone in spiaggia che normalmente sono sempre inclusi, cosi come il lettino in piscina. Se non trovi il parcheggio esterno disponibile devi pagare il garage o i parcheggi comunali a pagamento (inaccettabile). Non torneremo piú in questo hotel.

Fantastico
Hotel molto carino nonostante la struttura sia un po' datata. Punti a favore sono sicuramente la posizione sul mare e a un passo dal centro e la bellissima piscina. Camere pulite. L'unica pecca è l'impianto di condizionamento nelle camere che non raffredda per niente.
