Convenient location, few mins from Lincoln tunnel. Lobby is on 6th floor which was little inconvenient at the time of check in. Overall a good hotel

This hotel is amazing. Front desk staff was very attentive and answered all my questions and fulfilled my request. Room was very spacious. I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location and excellent scenery. However our room had many lights that were inoperable, missing wall art with the hangers just left in place, and no blankets or pillows for the pull out sofa bed. Not the five star service I have come to expect from this brand

This is a great hotel option for visiting NYC. Ferry is directly in front of the hotel and is inexpensive transportation to get into the city. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable with kitchen and living room areas. We had a little trouble keeping the room cool and the breakfast options were limited. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

I have very high cleanliness standards and this was definitely very good in regards to that. Before was okay, nothing actually fresh on made in house but still a nice options to offer. Right near the ferry, which was amazing. Customer service was great. Good stay

Disliked that the property wasnt full but our room with the view wasnt the best view of the city. We saw a clear view of a parking garage and half of NYC skyline.

Great for a quick weekend or vacation in NY
Stayed for only one night for our anniversary. Our favorite restaurant is the Chart House just down the road. If your visiting NY it's a perfect place to stay with the ferry only across the street. I didn't realize when I booked but there's a bar in the hotel with a great lounge.
