The stay was average. Took me over an hour to get extra wash clothes. 3 people in the room and it only had two already in there. We like to be clean and it put ne behind schedule. Then when it was time for me to get picked up from the mall, the shuttle took over 40mins to get me because front desk didnt call for them and i called multiple times. That put me behind schedule especially when the mall is only 5 mins away. The male staff during my stay has an odd tone mainly because they are frustrated with something else and then you have to deal with their disposition.

Very friendly and welcoming. They even let us check in early. The only downside is be prepared to wait in line for breakfast for 30 minutes which is hard with little kids.

I think the staff makes up for the limited things surrounding the area. They are doing the best they can with what they have been given.

Location was directly across the street from Met Life Stadium which was the reason we stayed here to attend our child's college graduation; unfortunately, having made the reservation weeks in advance, we arrived exhausted after 11:30 pm and were told by front desk that our room wasn't ready and we had to wait as rooms were on first come, first serve basis. So what's the point of a reservation? Front desk said good question and didn't have an answer. We waited over 30 minutes to finally have a room... as we approached the room, there was a pile of bedding and towels in the hallway on the floor and as we went to unlock the door, a staff member opened the door because they had just finished cleaning the room. We reserved 2 Queen beds but ultimately were given a room with a King bed. It was clean and quiet which was good. Breakfast was ok if you stuck with the carbs; the scrambled eggs were so watery and the coffee was horribly weak. Definitely not worth $260 for one night. First time we ever had something negative to say about Hampton Inn.

We stayed here for three nights. The first night we got a room with half of its windows covered. No view. However it turned out to be the best room we got during the whole stay. The second room we switched to has a dripping faucet and some used towels in the shower. We asked for a new room. And the third room was close to something super noisy (like a boiler) and I had a hard time falling asleep. Location is good. But not a pleasant stay.

The hotel and room was great but the breakfast had good food but a really long wait because of the waffle machines. We waited at least 20 minutes the first day and the rest of our food was cold. Just about the same on the second day. They need to make breakfast until 10:00 not 9:00. And there was not enough seating.
