"We rented 2 rooms. I have 2 young adult children and a 10 and 8 year old. It was our 1st time to New Jersey/NYC and we rode the bus/train into NYC everyday. The hotel was very clean, and looked like they were doing remodeling to upgrade. The breakfast was pretty good. The day staff was amazing, kind and very helpful. The maintenance man was someone that stood out to me and my kids the most. He was the kindest, most thoughtful person. And then there was one staff member at night that went out of her way to be rude to me and my kids. I could tell it was just her personality. She did not want to be at work and it showed. Anytime we needed anything, towels, etc. she would be very short and act like you were bothering her. She is the ONLY reason we will not come back to that hotel."
