The property is very very old it definitely needs an upgrade. The lightning is very BAD and it is very dark in the hallways,bathroom and bedroom. We made the reservation as room and breakfast combined offer the breakfast was good but the staff made us very uncomfortable the way hover over the dining room. It seems like the property owners and the management are NOT Korean because of their operating styles.

Stayed for one night because it was closer to the airport and did not have an enjoyable stay. - half a roll of toilet paper - less than 5 sheets of facial tissue - dimly lit room with all lights on - air con wasn’t working - one very small pillow Only benefit is free parking

Facility is a outdated. Bathrooms need additional light, it was too dark to shower at night. Needed additional power source, but whole hotel room only had 2 available sockets in the living/bed area.

Wish they let you know what’s closed and what is open when you check in. Bullard & screen golf is closed btw and one room below or next to us were smoking starting at night couldn’t sleep because of the smell I called the front desk and they said they will investigate But not action were taken

Overall a good stay
We enjoyed the stay. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was good. Mattresses were not the best, though.

Very nice location just in front of the ocean and near all the ocean roads and beaches. Especially kind and nice manners of hotel staffs were impressive and made me back to the hotel next time despite of a little inconvenience of waiting only 2 elevators. Give my thanks.

Nice place to stay! Our room selection was perfect for family of 4 (2 teens). The place had a swimming pool, pool table, and exercise equipment. Of course like most ocean front properties that are not a 5 star have a odor (not too bad; I am sensitive to smell). The carpets had stains. Service from the staff (front desk, restaurant, and room service) was excellent. Room overlooked the ocean. We stay for 2 nights and then went to the other side of the island as planned. I would recommend that you need a rental car for this hotel but can be done with no rental car. Rooms are clean!! A few common spaces (difficult to reach, i.e. high curtains, high light fixtures) need cleaning!

공항과 가까운 거리에 위치해 있어서 이동이 편리하고 2명이 더블이 아닌 트윈 침대를 사용할 수 있어서 편안한 숙식을 할 수 있었어요! 오션뷰를 추가 금액없이 사용할 수 있어서 너무 놀랐답니다~♡ 2박내내 조식을 먹었는데 맛있는 뷔페를 먹을 수 있어서 행복했어요! 제주도 방문시 재방문 의사 백퍼! 지인에게 추천 백퍼! 예용~^^

일단 청소를 대충하시는 것 같네요.. 화장실에 죽은 큰 모기 붙어있고 샤워부스도 한번도 안닦았는지 얼룩이 심합니다 침대도 삐그덕거리고 ㅠ 캐리어도 무거운데 로비랑 같은 층에 계단있는 객실로 안내 받아서 그것도 불편했어요.

가격과 위치는 매우 좋고 특히 뷰는 아주 만족스럽습니다 직원 친절도는 직원마다 차이가 있고 객실내에 커피포트나 렌지가 없어 필요할 경우 호텔내에 편의점에 가서 컵라면에 물부은 후 방으로 달려와야 합니다^^ 객실내 어매니티는 잘 교환해주나 청소기를 안돌리는 것같습니다 다른 사람이 흘린 과자부스러기가 나갔다와도 그대로 이고 특히 바닥에 펼쳐놓은 캐리어에 먼지가 달라붙을 정도로 더럽습니다

너무 좋아서 더 아쉽습니다.
침대도 너무 푹신하고 깨끗했으며, 주차장도 넓고 로비에 기념품샵 편의점까지 완벽. 직원분들은 친절했고 뷰도 너무 좋고 위치도 좋았습니다. 하지만 화장실을 비롯해 방에 전등이 너무 어두웠고 콘센트가 티비선반하나, 창가쪽하나 밖에 없어서 불편했으며 샤워기 수전이 낡아서 교체를 해야할것처럼 보였습니다.
