We had a great stay here. The hotel looks amazing, we were shocked when we entered on how amazing it looked. The customer service and the staff were amazing. We are bumped up to a nicer room even though we checked in quite late. Will definitely be back!

Train station hotel option with good breakfast
The furniture and decoration is not new as in the pictures. The sink water tap is loos. There is poor sound proof walls and doors. The receptionist is trying his best but not aware of the procedure for VIP coupons by hotel reward. The location near Haramain Railway Station but needs 7 minutes car ride.

It's a solid 4* hotel. Nicely decorated lobby and welcoming staff. Check in was very fast. Also for a room service order I've been waiting less than 15 minutes. My room was spacious and well appointed. The bed (king size) very comfortable. Large stain of the carpet, broken towel rail and no tissues in the bathroom would be the only downside. Breakfast very poor. I went for my breakfast just after 8.00am. Scramble eggs were already cold and tasteless. Not a big selection for those who wants continental breakfast. Inattentive staff. Ended up having a croissant and coffee only.

Another comfortable stay
Its the third time I have stayed at this hotel and I have not been disappointed. Each time the front desk has been extremely helpful and polite during check in and check-out. Room service is always prompt. The rooms are well furnished, modern and clean with comfortable beds. The restaurant is always quiet but the food is good, especially their rib eye steak meal deal. Once the park opposite is completed its going to be a very attractive area. The rooms at the front of the hotel have a great view of the sun rising over the mountains and the sun setting over the skyline of Jeddah city with the King Abdullah Fountain just in view on the horizon.

The hotel was okay for the price. Reception staff are friendly yet not very professional. Location is not great unless you want to visit the nearby shopping malls. Breakfast buffet and seating area is excellent though.

The Lady at the reception wasn't able to understand me, her English was not that good. I asked for a quit room and I got one directly on the main street, it was awful. I went down again and asked for another room, got one on the 7th floor but again on the main street. I could not sleep. The biggest disaster was that I forgot my IWatch in the first room and I could not get it back. I trucked the watch trough " where is" and it showed that the watch is in the hotel. I tried many time to call the hotel and at the end managed to talk to someone who denied to find any watch in the room. I had the all evidences but he showed no interest to help me getting back the watch . It was awful experience.

اقامة مزعجة ولن تتكرر
عدم وجود عوازل بالفندق وازاعاج الغرفة المجاورة حتى الصباح برغم من انه تم ابلاغ موظفين الاستقبال لكن لم يتم اخد اي اجراء تم طلب تنظيف الغرفة لليوم التالي الساعة 5 عصراً ولم يتم تنظيف الغرفة حتى عمل المغادرة

الاقامه جيده والمنطقة متوسطة لكنها وسط الخدمات قريب من المطار وقريب من المولات وبعض المطاعم اما البحر بعيد يحتاج الي ٣٥ الي ٤٠ دقيقه للوصول لشاطي بخصوص الغرفه ممتازة المساحه واسعه ،Wfii متوسط يحتاج الي تقويه اكثر الخدمة ضعيفه نوعاً ما علب الماء عدد ٢ بالغرفه وفي حالة الطلب يتعذرون عن التوفير الماء الا في اليوم الثاني يوجد بثلاجه علب غازية عدد ٣ فقط دون تزويد الثلاجه عند شربها وهيه من غير حساب يعتبرونها ضيافه بس اذا انتهة خلاص مافيه غيرها فقطدالماء وعدد ٢ بدون زياده بالفنادق الثانيه تطلب ماء لعدد الي انت تبغاه لكن هنا محدد دورة المياة نظيفه ولكن تحتاج الي عنايه افضل والغسل بالمطهرات دائماً انواع الشامبو رديئه والصابون ايظاً الموكيت الارضيه للغرفه متسخ في بعض الاطراف يحتاج الي تنظيف وعناية المطعم جيد نوعاً ما بركة السباحة لايوجد بها تسخين مياه باردة ومكتومه اجهزة الرياضة قليله لايوجد شاشات في لوبي الاستقبال الا شاشه واحدة وبعيدة العماله غير مدربه بمتابعة الزبائن يظطر الزبون الي محكات العامل لحمل الحقيبه او ماشابه هذا ما لمسته من الاقامه بالفندق بشكل عام جيد ولكن لا يستحق كلمة رائع لوجود مستويات افضل منه خدمة

موقع الفندق شرق جده والاماكن الترفيهيه تبعد عن الفندق النظافه جيده وممتازه يتم تغير الشراشف بستمرار الغرفه عاديه جدا اما السرير مريح جداً هذي بالنسبه لغرفة الديلوكس الفرش يبي له تغير موظفي الاستقبال ممتازين عندهم مشكله في تسجيل الدخول وتسجيل الخروج يعني سياسة الفندق من هذي الناحيه فاشله جداً الدخول من بعد الساعه 12 ظهراً والخروج الساعه 1 ظهراً كحد اقصى اذا كنت واصل من السفر على الساعه 7 الصباح ما راح يسجلون دخولك يقلون انتظر هذي مشكله اللوبي حلو جداً والبوفيه والمطعم والكوفي لم ازرها

اول تجربة لي بهذا الفندق الجميل والراقي ويوفر غرف عائلية ممتازة ونادي صحي ومسبح مغطى ومواقف وانترنت مجاني وعدة مطاعم والافطار منوع وشهي جدا والمطبخ الداخلي رائع وسريع ويوجد جامع كبير خلف الفندق وبالقرب من مول السلام ويعيبه مدخل الفندق مرتفع جدا ولا يوجد حمام اضافي في الجناح العائلي

فندق ولا أجمل
فندق رائع . جديد في كل شئ و تقابلك الديكورات الجميله في كل مكان . اجمل فكره تخصيص وقت للنساء فقط في المسبح. بوفيه الافطار حقيقه فاخر و الأكل مطبوخ بذوق عالي... تسلم الأيادي.
