ضيفنا العزيز نشكركم على اختياركم لفندق الرمال ونحن نأسف على جميع الملاحظات السلبية التي حصلت معكم خلال اقامتكم وقد تم اعلام اعلام ادارة الفندق بذلك .ونعدكم بان كل شيء سيكون على ما يرام خلال زيارتكم القادمة للفندق انشاء الله ونعدكم ببذل اقصى جهد لتكون اقامتكم ممتعة انشاء الله خلال زيارتكم القادمة للفندق مع العلم بأنه قد بدأنا بتجديد الفندق تجديدا كاملا على احدث طراز وسوف نتنهي من ذلك بالقريب العاجل . مع تحيات ادارة فندق الرمال Dear Sir, Greeting from sands hotel Jeddah and thank you for giving us your time to fulfil the survey as it shows your feedback about the stay. Its not clean at all. The bathrooms are gross and it smells bad. I talked with one of the managers about some of the issues and he said I know. The price doesn’t match up with expectations.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff
The Hotel is very close to up market fashion shopping street (Tahlia St.) with very close Hypermarket, many cafes and restaurant, yet it is quite area and in middle of town, making it at reasonable distance from most places. It has Lebanese reasonable quality restaurant and very specious rooms, but furniture and bathrooms are old style, though it is clean and good. Certainly the staff is different from the Hotel Chains, they are much less formal, giving the hotel its friendly and feeling at home atmosphere.

ممتاز و أطمح أن أرى تغييرا
ممتازة ولكن يبدو المبنى قديما ؛ و لا تستطيع فتح النافذة من إزعاج اجهزة التكييف ؛ كما أن التصيمم غير واضح و لا توجد بالغرفة ثلاجة أو صانع قهوة. و الأهم توفر مواقف للأمانة نظيف و هادئ
