Front desk staff and breakfast room staff were very nice and friendly. Kitchenette in the room is a plus point. The room needs some supervision in regards to cleanliness. When we checked in, we found the toilet seat dirty and gross with some sticky stuff. The bathroom walls had stains and have definitely not been cleaned for a while now. Water from the bathroom goes out when you shower. Huge amount of dirt behind the sliding door that is in between the room and the bathroom. Bed sheets are hard. Nothing much around the hotel. Room is well designed but I would suggest that Housekeeping does a better job by cleaning the room thoroughly specially the bathroom after every check-out.

Awesome hotel with equally good service
Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, and the service was excellent. Upon check-in, Rubel helped us a lot to settle in with our luggages in our room and took care of other helps we needed. He went above and beyond our expectations to help us every possible way he could to make our stay enjoyable. Others from check-in counter to restaurant were also helpful and tried their best to address any concern we had. Their breakfast was awesome. I will really stay at this hotel again if I go to visit Jeddah again.

It was an amazing stay, amazing and super helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, but the only complaint would be the layout of the room, and how the toilet is literally just a few feet away from the bed.

The bathroom door was unusually hard to open and close. Never experienced anything like that before. It was a real struggle. The beds weren't comfortable. The switches of all the lights were connected to one. So, if you need to turn on one or two particular lights without disturbing others in the room, you can't do so. All lights are turned on at the same time!!!

We loved our stay! The management was very helpful in answering our questions on sites to see and helping us arrange laundry. The breakfast was superb as we loved the omelette, waffle and pancake stations as well as the authentic foul (ful) station. Our room as well layer out and very clean. The hotel was also very centrally located and made sight seeing to Al balad and the corniche very easy. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Jeddah!

The absolute worst check in experience of my life, we arrived for a few hours sleep before our flight , the only ones in the lobby me and 7 children all Sleepy around midnight , the receptionist ( Abdelaziz) dismissed us and was doing work on the computer , saying wait I’m Busy , I’m like you’re not helping anyone ! He’d disappear to some back office and come back ohh let me look for you reservation , long story short we waited about an hour and 20 minutes to check in and then more than one hour to get “blankets “ because they ran out ! Mind you we called three times to the counter and they kept saying we where coming up , I had to do everything in my power to control not rearranging his face . This guy should be removed from His position he’s enough to not come to this facility ever .

The hotel is great. Clean, well-maintained, and the staff are very respectful and friendly. The studio is perfect for a small family. The neighborhood is very convenient. I will definitely choose it if I go back to Jeddah !

The bed was the softest I have found in this region. Had a great nights sleep. This is a great hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need. The staff went over and beyond to assist me with an administration task I needed to do. They were so friendly and helpful, I couldnt fault them. I would definitely stay here again.
