Nice stay at a new facility that is well furnished, typical 4 stars stay. I would go again, but area is close to airport but not to shopping or recrational activities. Rooms are spacious and comfy with all needed accessories. Soundproofing is excellent and air conditioning as well.

Everything was fine until after I checked out. Requested a cab from the hotel. They charged me beforehand only for the cab driver to take us to the wrong airport terminal. Then had to hire another cab driver and pay him an additional 100 SAR to get me to the right terminal. Poor communication between front desk and driver.

Don’t stay here
Worst 5 star hotel ever. I was in Jeddah for a business trip, my company chose this hotel because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to the airport. And then I find out that nothing in my room operates normally. The lights, AC, and most important the whole bathroom with the shower, nothing was working. Everything was in a very bad condition, like if the hotel was built in the 18 century! Very disappointed, especially after complaining to the hotel staff... simply no response and no one took an action. Just don’t stay here and find yourself another hotel.

I had to stay at that hotel because my flight was rescheduled by the airline due to the fog weather. I chose that hotel because it is less than 10 min away from the airport However, the shatle services which is mentioned in the website is NOT CORRECT there is no shatle service and I had to book a car to take me to the airport

فندق فخم لكن الروم سيرفس والصيانه سيئة
اثاث الفندق جدا جدا مميز وفخم الاستقبال رائع والتجهيزات رائعه للاسف صوت الهواء من النافذة مزعج جدا لوحة التحكم لم تعمل رغم محاولات الاي تي كم مره تاخير في الاستجابه للاعطال من الروم سيرفس طلبت حل مشكله من الظهر ومااصلحوها الا بعد المغرب ومو حل نهائي لم يعوضونا بتغييير الغرفه رغم مشاكلها
