Property is Run down and needs some serious money spent on it Broken Tiles every were broken gates main door falling apart skirting falling off wall bathroom need a good clean shower leaked on to celling tv had big melted area on bottom off screen NO SAFE in room the list just goes on We had Breakfast included. Chief made Great omelette each morning, overall food selection was great. but lacked in the hot side They advertised 3 different sausages on 3 days but were the same sausage. staff in restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. Had the option to have an Evening Meal in restaurant and was fabulous grilled Lamb Chops with potato's and vegetables mushroom sauce 10 out of 10 Rooms were tired need redecorating and attending to we had to move room due to toilet leaking was convenient for what we were attending Hoo one ,more thing the cleaning crew don't under stand DO NOT DISTRURB after having it switched on they still came in to our room. one day left curtains open so anyone could see in room were our belonging were. The Big Question would i stop here again NO Make Big improvements and update your pictures i might consider stopping

Excellent hotel.
We come over for the Formula 1 and stayed at this hotel. The staff were so friendly upon arrival and very helpful, the food at the restaurant was amazing, the pool was nice, clean and peaceful. Perfect location in Jeddah as all attractions was a 15 minute Uber max.

The rooms are large which was nice. However, the carpet was very stained, the back sliding glass doors don't lock, and none of the TVs functioned. The carpet was extremely stained and made the place look very dirty.

Very old hotel with smiley rooms and very old air conditioning with moist smile coming from AC. bathroom renovated but not well ventilated. No windows to open. Carpet is very dirty and water dropping from the ducts on the carpets everywhere in the aisle bringing bad smile Otherwise beds are comfortable and very clean Outside facilities are good very large and clean pool,excellent tennis courts Very close and accessible to Jeddah conrnich and the sea area which is very nice and lot of activities to kids and adults

Charming hotel In need of TLC
These are COVID-19 times, so the atmosphere was a little subdued. The hotel is in a good location and the facilities are what you expect for a hotel like this. Unfortunately the hotel feels a little dated and in need of some refurbishments, In particular the carpets!

Not Good Experience,
I booked a 2 large twin bed room, and we received a room with a small bed, there are NO LARGE beds in this hotel, (fake ad), and I cant chang at the last minute during vacation time (very difficult), Anyhow, the first impression was not good at all. However, the beds are comfy and clean but the room is full of musketos, I do not recommend this hotel. I contacted Hotels.com (GOLD memdership) and they response quickly but while I talk with reciption, they close my chat.

cleaning paint and carpenter work needed
some ceilings, ground, and walls are very dirty and some doors or fences are broken. this hotel green places and a very good location but needs cleaning, paint, and carpenter work then it will be very good.

Nice bangalo middele green area near the sea .
We stayed in bagalow . Although it is old some where but from inside is clean . The bed was big and comfort .the cover and pillows are good type.the pathroom was nice and clean.there is a balcony viewed to the garden the Ac was super.

Great and recommend.
It was great, and I recommend the hotel. However, I wished if the hot water of the shower was hotter than that situation.

Just don’t stay at this hotel, seriously. The staff is okay, but the hotel is very old. It’s like staying at a motel basically. I hated the experience, left after the first night.

Starting point for Hajj
Since I arrived from Umrah early morning I was very tired and just wanted to sleep. The hotel was very quite and I got a good rest. The staff helped me a lot finding my way to Mecca by bus (no taxis during Hajj). Breakfast and Dinner is excellent too.
