The service is what lets this hotel down - not at all up to 5 star levels. Examples were often, nobody on reception. The pool has no lifeguard and no attendants so there is nobody to get towels or offer poolside drinks/food. Even when someone did pass by and i requested towels and drinks, only the towels arrived. In addition, our departure was chaos - we had an early morning train to catch and our breakfast boxes were not prepared as requested, and neither was the bill. We were 20 mins late departing. However, the restaurant staff were very good and in constant attendance, and we were very happy with the quality of service there. It's a shame, as the building itself looks quite new and the hotel has potential, but at present, there is not a good reason to base yourself outside of Jaipur to stay here.
