What a waste of the brand name
Badly maintained rooms. not worth the price. Menu has nothing much choice. Breakfast was below average. Give it a miss. its in class of 2 star only

Centrally located but very bad staff
Very well located hotel in central Jammu, but much is required in terms of service of staff. Including non-acceptance of payment with a credit card. No change available even in cash!

Good hotel but still under construction...
Room was good but there was contruction noise from across the wall though it was stopped when i called the reception but happened again later.... the big swimming pool shown on expedia DOES NOT EXIST and i felt cheated when i came to know about it.... when i enquired from the reception they said they would highlight the matter to higher management and felt ashamed.... Expedia should at once remove the swimming pool pics from their website and penalise the hotel
