They dont read my request, then they lied
I booked a room for 1 person 2 nights and clearly mentioned king size bed and non-smoking room. But once i check-in, they said they have no more non-smoking room and it's twin size bed. Inkept asking if there might be other option but they kept saying no, until i'm about to call expedia for complaining. The staff walked to the office and finally come back with non-smoking king size bed's key for me......

Close to shopping mall
Nice hotel close to Kasanblanca shopping mall. This huge mall is a great place for shopping and food. As for the hotel, the room is quite and value for money. Reasonably fast internet. Will stay here again if I am back to Jakarta again.

I remembered that the restaurant was closed at around 10pm and I came to the restaurant trying to order the dessert and drink, the staff take the order politely and telling me that able to prepare the dessert for me even though the kitchen is closed. I am so touching . Great service and great staying experience.

Great Stay
This was my first time visiting Indonesia. My stay at the Harris was a great experience. The staff was very tentative and friendly, the room was very accommodating and clean. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food that was enjoyable. For my next visit I plan on staying there again, and it was very affordable.

Cheap motel style. A/C was not cold. very cheap interior and bathroom was moldy. I expected newer, renovated , stylish room to be considered a 4 star.. maybe a 2.5 star at most.

Was ok.
Room is big but facility is a bit old. Requested hair dryer 3 times n finally received it but it was broken. Stayed at hotel only for sleep so it was just good to me. Bed seems clean n ok. Love king size bed.

not perfect but good value
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was perfect, the bed was very comfortable (I especially liked that this hotel, unlike most others, uses two sheets). Our disappointment came at the restaurant. We were told long after we placed our order that her selection was not available. Her next selection was served cold, and it was bland... not to mention overpriced. Might stay next time if we have to.

Quiet Hotel in Kuningan
Nice Hotel with very helpful staff with suitable English skills. The hotel was chosen for its location in Tebet and close proximity to the Kuningan area where I had to attend to business and the Kota Kasablanka Mall where I was able to shop.

Room is as per expected for the price. If the price increase it will not be worth it. Room is dated but properly maintained. Bathroom is clean but definitely need upgrade soon.

Convenient Hotel Close to Kuningan Area in Jakarta
I often go to Jakarta to attend educational seminars that generally last well into the night and it does not make sense to spend a bundle on a 5 star hotel to sleep. This hotel has all the amenities you need - a good, clean room and bathroom, TV, lots of light for reading, a gym if you have time and breakfast is available too. The room rate is very reasonable.

Decent Place with everything you would need.
Nice place but not too nice. It was adequate for my 4 day stay. The food was good and mostly buffet style. The WiFi was free but soooo slow, but that might just a Indonesia's slow internet and not a problem of the hotel. I did had an overall good experience with this hotel, nothing noteworthy (good or bad)

Nice hotel for a good price
The hotel had a very healthy line of food and the restaurant had a 5-star selection of food. Everything was very clean, and the service could not have been better for my three day stay. Every taxi driver knew where the hotel was located, so I never had any problem finding back to the hotel.

one of the best value deals in jakarta
This is a asian style trendy place that's clean and large enough. It was clean an enjoyable stay for sure. The wifi worked but wasn't fast. Bathroom had a bathtub/shower which is not a favorite of mine, but it was clean. Location is a tough decision in Jakarta is seems. This has some stuff around it, but isn't in a especially good or bad location.

one thing that saddened me was when I ordered a meal at midnight. The person who aswered my call sounded sleepy. i ordered spagehtii balognaise ? it was the most horrible food I have eaten. The spagehheti was not cooked..hard. My room was 306 and please make complain to the chef who cooked the meal at midnight.

I liked the hotel alot. Though the staff in check inn were very incompetent. It literally took me 3 hours to check in because i booked through hotels and they couldn't figure out that hotels was also expedia, even after I told them. Hotels was great about it and even gave me a discount. The hotel not so much.

Recommended hotel series in Jakarta
During my 16 days visit to Jakarta in Sep 2012 I found Harris hotel series is one of the best hotels for the price in Jakarta. I have tried another 2 hotels just for change but I was disappointed in terms of location and cleanness so I return back to stay Harris The entrance and the rooms are nice and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful

I stayed 3 nights in the hotel. The neighborhood is looks like a favela so don't even think about leaving the hotel for a walk a for a meal outside the restaurant. My first impression when I arrived at reception was good. The Staff at reception were smiling and could speak English. I had a room at the 4th floor at the back of the hotel overlooking a favela and a mosque. It is important to mention the mosque as the call for prayer starts at 4.15 and you are in for at least one hour of songs and prayer. If you are not muslim and you are easily awaken, ask for a room somewhere else. The windows are not soundproof so no noise is very loud. I accept local customs and laughed when I was woken up on my first night thinking someone was screaming next door. The room seems old and run down, but it is clean and of good size. I had lunch at the restaurant and enjoyed the buffet which was very good. I also ordered room service, it came quickly and the food was good. I put some cloths to wash and the laundry took 48h to come back as I had to insist to get it back before my departure. Then someone from housekeeping who asked me if I spoke Indonesian told me in bad English that they had lost my socks.The offered to reimburse them and staff at reception were keen to make it up. Overall the hotel is good value. I would probably go back but would ask for a different room.

A very good hotel with all necessary facilities. Free internet is good too. Unfortunately it is in a business area. There is a shopping mall about 10 minutes away by taxi. I was only there 1 night. I didn't find restraunts or shops close to the hotel. There might be some but I didn't find them.

Pleasant Hotel!
The hotel is very spacy for a good price. Room is big, bed is good, no complaints at all.

搭機的好選擇
最大的問題是行李要過數階台階, 不過他們倒是有porter 幫忙把行李扛上扛下. 房間該有的都有, 雖然談不上豪華, 但以一般機場內的旅館價格來說, 倒是物超所值. 如果不在意通常一小時一班的免費接駁車, 或是願意花一點錢搭計程車, 機場外附近倒是有更舒適的選擇.

저렴한 비지니스호텔
저렴한 비지니스호텔입니다. 무리하게 컨셉을 오렌지로 잡아서 로비 식당 할것없이 룸까지 온갖 오렌지색에다 인공오렌지향 방향제를 과하게 사용하네요. 조식도 그저그렇고 런치와 디너 매뉴가 비싸고 질은 낫네요. 룸컨디션은 좋았습니다만 다음엔 다른 곳을 이용하겠습니다.
