Room wall seems thin. Could hear noises from next door and corridor. Room provided was near to a mosque with loud speakers. Could hear prayers early in the morning.

Very good location, walking distance to the shoping, good restaurants and street food/night market. The room size is just enugh with good city view. I will be back in the same hotel in my next visits to Jakarta.

5 day’s work in Jakarta
Great location for a week working in Jakarta, fantastic staff, good breakfast, shopping just over the road. Book a room at the back of the hotel and it’s noise free!!

Intimate and personal. Loved my stay.
The hotel is of a more intimate size which made the experience more comfortable and personal. The level of service and attention surpassed my expectations. Congratulations and thanks to Four Points Sheraton. The breakfast was superb and had all the key elements of a good breakfast (variety, changing daily offerings) and provided quality over quantity. Congratulations to the chef. The room met all my needs for a business trip, although the corridor carpet on the 9th floor was heavily stained with unsightly dark red blotches all the way from the lift to my room. I think there needs to be better signage at the car entrance. So many grab drivers missed the entrance and had to reverse to enter the driveway to pick me up. One missed the entrance entirely and I had to cancel the booking, as it is along a one-way road. At the end of the day, it is the people who make or break a stay, and the team at Four Points Sheraton is really wonderful. Thank you!

Pretty old hotel, the soundproof for attached room is sooo bad. I could her the guest next room talking at 6AM in the morning. And the design for handicap toilet room is really bad too.

Good breakfast but facing the main highway so noisy. Provided ear plug n found along car free day that sun. Room clean but caught a few small coach roaches. Staff are friendly n accommodating to request esp an early breakfast prepared at 5.30am. Security screening at entrance. Fri BBQ buffet could be improved if food are heated up. Live music was great. Nice view from 1115

You Go Four Points By Sheraton Jakarta
It was very nice to stay and the food is of the highest quality and the pricing of the food is very reasonable compared to other hotels. The beverages are a bit expensive more than a modest meal so yes that's the only downside is the beverages. I see reviews of people complaining about the noise but if you don't want to hear the noise from the street book another hotel out of the city because this is (SPARTA) Jakarta a busy city, live with it or go but a good hotel will stay here again. I have stayed at this hotel over the years. It was much better when bar sild beer & wine & had snax. There has been no room or lobby improvement in amenities. Many facilities (swim pool, patio, gym, laudromat, restaurant, etc) are closed. I did not want to checkin to unsatisfactory property.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Awesome staff. The down side of it we were placed on the side of a major street. So, we could hear the sounds of Major Street. I wish our room was on the other side so it won’t be so noisy.

I forgot a pouch in my previous stay and I only realized it after I checked out. I called the hotel and exlained my problem. The hotel staff immediately act on it and called me within 1 hour that they found the item and promissed to keep it till my next visit. During this stay, I managed to get it back safely.
