First thing when I went to the room, I could smell smoke and felt stuffy. Air conditioned was turned off. I asked for non smoking room. I had ants in my room and had bug bites. Decided to requested room change after 2 nights. New room had were mold on the ceiling and water stained on the wall paper. I immediately checked out. I know it was no refund but I don't think I can trust them with anything. I like how the manager told me to contact him if I ever needed anything but he never gave me his contact number.

Told staff gave me Non smoking but gave me smoking
Told staff gave me Non smoking but gave me smoking rooom instead. In the end have to go down and a lot of paperwork again. Staff not apologetic also. Called 3 times but nobody delivery laundry 2nd day then deliver after 2 more calls.

I didn't expect much about this hotel but to my surprise it was really good stay. Nice and clean facility, comfortable bed, spacious room, great shower. However they don't provide you with hairdryer. The carpet in the hallway was uneven, can cause a trip and fall they need to fix it. For certain rooms you will need to walk long hallway. Great breakfast selections and very tasty. Great location lots of great restaurants around the area, next to a mall. Across the street from the hotel there's a shisha bar. Pretty cool place to hang out. Will be back and stay at All Sedayu hotel

Wonderful short trip, the hotel condition was very well maintained. felt good from the moment we checked in and was relaxed when we entered our room. 1) Spacious room 2) Mall is jus next to the hotel, vy conveniently located. The mall is big but most of the shops are either closed for renovation or moved out. Therefore, nothing much there.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned, can see some stains and hairpin on the carpet floor. Room is spacious. No window. Bed and pillows were OK. TV channels are grainy. Gym is very crampy with minimum equipment. Only one treadmill and it is dirty and spoilt, can't use at all. Breakfast is good with wide spread, but topping up of finished items are slow and passive. Mall of Indonesia is big, but more than half of the shops are closed for renovation or something.

Cool and comfy
The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, not to mention comfortable beds. The floors are carpeted which feels very nice. The breakfast spread is also better than the previous hotels I have stayed in Jakarta. Only downside was the slow WiFi but I have yet come across a hotel in Jakarta which provides high speed internet. Not even the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

Many cons with some pros if can stand it.
Stayed at deluxe room. Air con facing and blowing your face as the writing desk was directly same direction as the aircon. No view at all facing next building. Internet wifi keeps dropping on and off. If you can stand it then it's an OK hotel -no swimming pool though.

I stayed in this hotel for a business trip, so my time in the facilities were limited. The buffet had traditional Indonesian options as well as pastries, omelettes, yogurt, and fruit. I ordered room service and the food was "sedap" (delicious). The hotel is across from 3 convenience stores and is next to a massive mall. There is also a small club/bar about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. My only negatives are: shower didn't get piping hot (but warm enough to bathe) and the elevator was slow.

This hotel is listed on Expedia as a 4 star hotel. It does not have a pool, so it's actually a 3 star hotel. The wifi speed is terrible. Down 0.5, up 0.06. The window looks directly at a wall 3 feet away. Might as well not have a window at all. The room itself is decent, with free coffee and tea. The gym is kind of sad, it's there just to up the star rating, but nobody uses it because it's so small. There's a huge mall next door called Mall of Indonesia.
