"One of the best Safari camp and best desert safari overall experience throughout the day. Starting from the pickup in luxury SUV with humble and friendly driver who guided us throughout the tour. Quad bikes and dune bashing was the best part. Also stopped in the middle of the desert for sunset photography and then camp activities started with folk dance, folk music and mesmerising fire show. The food was really good as compared to the other desert safari camps. Overall excellent experience in reasonable price."

"This hotel surpassed all our expectations. The images and all the reviews could not prepare us for what we experienced. The staff was outstanding. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and be gracious in all their interactions with us. The hotel facilities were exceptional. The hotel exterior, the courtyards, rooftop dining room, and pool were beautifully appointed. Our suite was luxurious and had every amenity we could need and as much space as we could ask for. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Our stay at Hotel Helsinki in Jaisalmer was pretty fantastic! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. As we were traveling with elderly parents, comfort and accessibility are paramount to us, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the staff members deserve a special mention for their attentiveness and dedication. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and they were eager to assist us with any inquiries or needs we had. Their recommendations and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel like honored guests. The sunset at their desert camp was spectacular. Our room was an oasis, clean and tastefully decorated with a touch of Rajasthani elegance. The views from our window could be much improved by cleaning up the trash and adding landscaping with native desert plants. The hotel's rooftop restaurant was quite good with excellent service and a variety of authentic Rajasthani dishes. With great views of the fort, we would have enjoyed more comfortable outdoor furniture, but maybe next time! The hotel's location was in walking distance to the city's iconic landmarks and bustling bazaars. "

"Overall, property is decent. However, could use some TLC. Lots of bugs in the room. Do not give drinking water daily. The head shower didn’t work in my room. The staff is super nice and tries to help where they can. The menu is essentially the same every day. We stayed for 3 days and ate same things. They should switch some things up. Also, the entertainment conflicts with dinner time. They should also not encourage drinking at the evening show. We paid a lot of money to experience the culture and see the artists, not bunch of drunk men making a fool of themselves. There were kids and families around that made it extremely uncomfortable. "

"Hotel is nice and comfortable. Staff are very friendly, hotel restaurant serve good food with wide selections. Location is good, the Golden Fort is only 15 min walk. But some surrounding streets are dirty. "

"Staff is very average and not the warm kinds (which is very unusual in hospitality industry). The staff was evidently pushing tasks from one department to another. Seemed like they want to make money on every given instance- baby food was also chargeable, which is not chargeable at every Hotel, wherever we have stayed earlier. Food is very basic."

"Everything was exceptional. Early check in, breakfast, cleanliness, quality, staff humbleness. It is a peaceful property with haveli like architecture. Only thing I could ask for improvement is the Dinner which lacked taste"
