We had 2 suites for 3 nights. All of the staff in the hotel were excellent (especially house keeping, who ensured that we had all the right amenities).
While the rooms were spacious, some things just didn't work. The shower drain didn't work well, and would spill if left to run. The towels always had a smoky smell, and the giant curtains for the floor-to-ceiling windows were dusty.
The food in the local restaurant was OK. Breakfast orders were slow, but generally delicious (especially the chai). For dinner the food was not bad, not great.
Locations wise, the property was conveniently located, on top of a mall and right next to another. However if we were to go to Jaipur again, we'd likely stay at the Hilton
