Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Hotel staff made false committments.
I was told at the time of check-in that i can check out at 10:30 am. The shift changed and the new staff insisted me to check out at 8 am, without considering what was committed to me by fellow staff earlier

Liked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I would have rated OK (average) ie you get what you pay for. Facilities, convenience, hotel staff etc is good. My reasons for disappointment : a) I had to change rooms twice in 4 days - plumbing and other issues b) Cleanliness/hygiene an issue - saw a rat in their restaurant c) Took 30 mins to check out because room was booked through expedia - I could have missed my flight !
