"Traveling in Italy, Greece, and Turkey over 3 weeks, this was the second-best hotel I stayed in. It is a modern hotel with an intriguing, cylindrical design with spectacular views of the Aegean. The amenities are excellent and the choice of food was good, although over-priced for what it was. The only negative was the Izmir traffic but the hotel cannot be blamed for that."

"Although the room was a bit tired and need if updating, it did benifit from a kettle in the room and daily cleaning. The complimentary tea and water in the room was replenished daily. The breakfast was simple but adequate and plenteful with fresh cake every day. The staff were very friendly and helpfulful with a good standard of Eglishn language. I would stay here again. "

Terrific location among shops and dining of all price ranges, and an essy to walk to hotel in one or two blocks from the train and bus station. "It wasn't a comfortable stay. Many things didn't work. The bathroom smelled like mold and the shower wasn't working. My room was super noisy. I don't recommend this place. "

"Don't get discouraged when entering the tiny lobby. You might think it is a back-packer hostel. By no means. The rooms are nice and clean and have all the amenities; if something is missing or not working, contact the staff, they'll go out of their way to help. The place has an inner courtyard for al fresco dining. Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator. The location is great; you're right in the middle of every-day life in Turkey.
