Great customer service and amenities. Easy access to areas of interest via metro, train, taxi. Excellent restaurant, market, spa, coiffeur, massage & spa on site. Areas of improvement: Fix and maintain the Gym and its equipment, the pool and billiards tables and equipment. Fix/maintain the power outlets in the room. With better preventive maintenance, this hotel could be a great place for short term and long term lodging.

El hotel esta alejado de las areas turísticas y de dificil acceso al hotel sin embargo la atencion del staff fue excelente. Algo a considerar para las personas extranjeras es que el manejo del ingles es limitado y del Español imposible. La bienvenida fue placentera con fruta y botellla de vino. En general buena opcion👍

Wonderful suite
I booked standard double room however the reception staff upgrade it to suite duplex. It was comfortable and lots of space.

Unfortunately the hospitality management is not world standards. The manager guy does not seem to have any authority other than ALL TALK. Apparently he was not given much managerial duties. There is an alleged manager called Ozlem without any Hotel industry experience but is a college friend with the builder people. The only truly professional and great staff were Ms. Buket and Mr.Ege. Otherwise, the so-called "Manager" lady doesn't have any skills nor experience to value a guest/customer. Scandalous disgusting experience with a staff called Ercan wasn't taken seriously. The assistant manager as always was all talk...I think he is mostly useful with dedicating his time to write responses to reviews.

As 'Uni student accommodation' this is a great place with everything you'd need (except reasonable blanket/doona and Room service that doesn't show up after requesting help). Has every facility you'd want either in the room or the complex. Even had a dishwasher and washing machine in the room. Just noisy as people coming and going in the night have no regard for people sleeping and the rooms are not soundproof. Basement parking and helpful retail staff especially at the restaurant & supermarket.

It’s a great apart hotel with everything you need. Breakfasts are amazing and free! But far out of Borova for walking to places but buses and taxis are reasonable

Superb place to stay. Family of 4 from NZ, 2nd week in Turkey, looked for a place to relax and unwind after many days of sightseeing and found it here. From the very start, after booking on Expedia, the hotel management kept in communication with us. A short ride from the bus terminal, the hotel has a good restaurant and a store onsite. Security at the gate was super polite and good to see. The reception staff were polite, spoke good English and were quick. They welcomed us with a few little gifts and upgraded our room which was simply fantastic. The concierge service was kind and gave us additional towels for the pool upon request. We utilised the pool every day; perfect sun position at the middle of the day, good depth and very clean. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast (provided; traditional as well as a few choices of cereals) and dinner which had a range of choices and was well priced. Drinks were had from the store in addition to the cafe onsite. We had massages both nights at the onsite spa which was perfect for the end of each day. They ensured that we could get massages even though it was really late at night. The gym is a good size and contains all the necessary equipment for all levels. Our room was 2 bedrooms and contained a washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Corner balcony and good sized lounge topped it all off. Recommend this hotel? Absolutely. Kids loved it, we enjoyed it and we have already booked it for our return visit

Very old rooms. Towels are torn. The beds are too small. The room is too small. It's a bad location inside the industry. You can stay in much better hotels for the same price. We definitely do not recommend.

Güzel
5 gece konakladık, memnun kaldık. Odanın temizliği ve personelin ilgisi üst düzeydeydi. Tek beğenmediğimiz nokta yastıklar ve klima sistemiydi, onun haricinde çok memnun bir tatil geçirdik. Tesis Bornova’da çok merkezi bir konumda çevrede ulaşım imkanları mevcut, tesis içinde ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabilecek market mevcut. Coordinat Suites çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz

Turkish Delight.
It was a very tiny studio but comfortable. In an apartment one expects a microwave, a toaster, a washing machine, pots and pan but there was none. It just had a kettle, 2 cups, 2 spoon, knife and fork set, 2 bowls and 2 plates. There is a laundry in the base who wash and dry a bag of clothes for 35 lira. The TV had only Turkish channels. No Netflix or YouTube. Staff was courteous and helpful. There are two restaurants which serve basic food. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Good place but terrible breakfast
This hotel apartment is an excellent place with very helpful staff. It is very close to train station, which is 10-15 mins away from Konak. There is also a shop in the building that sells all the essentials at good price. The only problem with the accommodation is that the breakfast is terrible, people smoke very close to where the breakfast tables are, and you have to queue for someone to give you what you want for breakfast rather than you picking what you want. Overall, good place to stay with terrible breakfast- better to book the room without the free breakfast option.

Had to ask for hand towel. No wash cloth or conditioner. Pool cold. Fitness center and game room open. Good and inexpensive massage. Food buffet decent. 4 minute walk to train. Has a market. Close to konak.
