Generally enjoyed our experience. Great staff mostly, just the bartender was a little jaded or something. Though, front desk were very friendly and helpful, kitchen staff at breakfast were nice, and the cleaning staff were lovely. Room was nice, bathroom was clean. Only a few minor complaints. There was scum in some of the glasses in the room; the toilet stopped flushing (luckily it was the morning we left); the windows do not open and the air conditioning did not cool sufficiently, so it got a bit stuffy.

I slept so good, I hit the snooze button twice! Scheduled an airport shuttle for the morning. When I came down to check out they said they weren’t going to be able to shuttle me to the airport but they would call an Uber, on them, to take me. Didn’t get a chance to grab breakfast before I left but did take a look and it looked good. I def plan to come back to the area and will def stay here again

Nice and clean room, not much of a view. Nice staff. Didn't like having to pay $22 for parking. Breakfast was fantastic and the highlight of our stay.

The staff and service were first rate. The location great. Very clean city and felt safe. The room itself was not very soundproof and we could hear other hotel guests inside and outside of their rooms.

The staff were all excellent; the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport. He arrived as expected and helped us with the luggage. The front desk person; who offered to hold our luggage, and alerted us when a room became available ahead of the usual 3p checkin time. The staff at the breakfast buffet; who offered help and happily replenished the food. The room was clean, and we liked being able to cast our own entertainment on the room TV. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities are good. We also requested a shuttle ahead of time, to return to the airport. When it was realized the shuttle wasn't available so early, Uber was requested for us, and we were informed. There's only one small suggestion; to provide a shower hose in the bath tub.

Mattresses need to be replaced.
The mattresses are old and need to be changed. They both sagged, and we couldn't sleep all night. They know the mattresses need to be replaced, because they have a system to put a board under, of you call them. The service was great, and the staff nice. If you cannot sleep, it is 1 star.

Great hotel to stay
It was so amazing, we had good time staying there even one night . It was so quiet. The room is spacious, it has kitchen which is plus for me. I made soup for my kid who got hungry in the middle of the night. The front desk people are so friendly and treated me with respect.
