A nice clean hotel, the staff was nice but could have been a little bit more friendly. I felt like they were doing me a favor just to take care of normal stuff.

Beds we're uncomfortable, pull out sofa bed is old and creaky. Main bed on squeaky metal frame. Closet door slides to the side to become bathroom door and vice versa. Poor design which led to a squished toe when one person was getting something from the closet while another wanted to leave the bathroom. Small pool area with limited seating and right off the parking lot (though large walls add privacy) Pool is not heated. Breakfast buffet is decent though nothing special. Minimal fresh fruit options but waffle bar is a hit and the scrambled eggs were good.

Only stayed for one night, but the room was big enough for our family of 5! Our kids had plenty of room to runaround and absolutely loved the breakfast! Would definitely stay again!!!

I loved the tiny kitchenette! I was there on a business trip and the desktop working area was set up nicely with a USB charging port. Great hotel!

Convenient hotel for a short stay around Irvine and Orange County. Comfortable room.. great breakfast. Was not sure why parking was so expensive at $28 per night. Could be cheaper

I didn't like the fact the blinds were broken, the toilet was broken, the bath tub drain was broken and no handle on the closet door. Very disappointed and the staff said they didn't know how to fix the toilet and they were waiting for a new motor for the blinds. No excuse for such a bad stay!!

Right off the bat, our check in person Iliana checked us in: she was so helpful & friendly! The parking lot safe & clean, no liter. The lobby well decorated, clean & up to date! The halls leading to the room smelled clean & fresh. The room was clean, up to date, well decorated & so spacious! The bed was perfect not too firm and not too soft. The bathroom clean, spacious, & stocked with everything you need for a shower. The shower pressure was good, but could have been a stronger flow.

This was a great Hampton & Suites. Not all Hampton Suites are the same. The area around the hotel is safe. Plenty of parking x albeit you have to pay. The lobby was clean, fresh, up to date & well decorated. The room & bathroom was large, spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable. The shower was large and the water pressure was just right.

Heat didn’t work in my room. Staff couldn’t get it going and they moved me to another room (no mechanic was on premises). Second room didn’t work either — only pumped out cold air. Dead bug on windowsill and room was a little musty. Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but the whole place seems understaffed.

This hotel is near the John Wayne Airport (walking distance) and a freeway. However, I did not hear any airplane or freeway noise in my room which faced the airport and freeway. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The airport shuttle was on time and efficient. All around a very good experience.

Place was amazingly clean and staff were professional, pleasant and efficient. Location isn’t walkable or lovely as it is an airport ish locale but the access to airport and cleanliness made it a great business overnight. Room was so nice! Convenient mini store there. Very happy with it.

Excellent Hotel. Above average hotel breakfast included. Nice spacious room. Downside .... parking $28/night. Toilet could not even flush toilet paper. In the morning we had to use washrooms in the lobby. Extremely low water volume on sink and shower. Still waiting for a response from manager.
