Weto stay for 3 nights,We booked the comfort room (double bed, table & 2 chairs, desk and chair) On arrival we were welcomed by reception staff & our bags were taken to our room (outbuildings) the room was alot smaller and on inspection we found we had been given a cosy room so we went back to reception and were happy to change it for us but said it was a classic room. We were given room 106 which on key card was marked as 2 nights stay but we though It was a mistake, This room from 6am had what sounded like swinging doors banging. Loud people talking and i think we worked out maybe as there was constant banging like a tumble dryer so possible laundry room. From 7am we were shocked to find there were rooms being cleaned by housecleaning where you could here hoovers going and banging doors. The room itself it lovely although the toilet roll is terrible for a high market hotel you can get better stuff from aldi. By day 2 we had to go and get are door key updated as 2 days were signed on card. When we left i was pretty tired from the stay and didnt mention to reception staff just left key and went but they need to look into these things. Positives- pool lovely! Cocktails taste amazing, breakfast good (if your a late eater food will be warm) hotel location is fab! I would stay in this hotel again but i would question where in hotel room was was to avoid noise like again. Im a heavy sleeper and it woke me up every time..
