My wife and I stayed in Swiss for 10 days. This hotel was, by far, the worst part of the trip. Beginning by its name, Toscana, you may think it’s Italian style, but it’s not.
When arriving, our room had a terrible smell from the restaurant below. The cleaning was bad: mold in the bathroom and spiderwebs in the room.
And, the noise was awful. Apparently the were running a construction right next to our window’s room and the noise during the morning was very high. When complaining about this in the morning to the front desk staff (who struggled a bit with English), we suggested to move us to another room, which they did not have available, or allow us to check out one day early and refund the remaining time we already had payed. They informed us that the owners were not available, that they would not be until 2pm, and that they had no way to solve the issue or contact the owners.
We could not be waiting because we had other plans to enjoy the city and nearby. So, unfortunately, we faced one more night in the hotel with the issues.
Definitely not a good experience.
