Definetly not the property in pictures. If it was, its from YEARS ago. It seems like the rooms and hotel conditions were falsely represented.

The hotel would be great if they would rid itnof roaches, it made my stomach curl and my skin itch for days just of the thought of one still crawling .... staff was super friendly and it would be a decent place! Also this place is running about 10-15 dollars higher than equal competitors, thats, unfortunately the reason why i will pick another place to stay.

Tried to claim I never made reservations even though I was able to provide proof and verification that I had made a reservation. Well in advance told me I was going to have to call the company, which, of course brings suit directly to the hotel and after 30 minutes finally mysteriously found my reservation, even though they tried to charge me twice.

Run the other way. Only nice thing about this place is the personality of the front desk staff. We had a broken shower and cockroaches in our room!!

There was blood on two out of three pillows on the bed. Literally infested to the point that I could not sleep I was so creeped out, with cockroaches. My boyfriend informed the front desk about the bugs and blood and literally zero was done about it. She said it’s a new room as if that makes it better and said she couldn’t move us because they were full. And I had already paid in full but I did not stay the second night, found other accommodations. 0 out of 10 recommend.

I was here for a week and the rooms could all (I was in three different ones) use a deep cleaning. The hotel appeared to be in a quasi state of repair/disrepair. The "free" coffee is horribly inconsistent and watered down most mornings. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the lady of Pakistani origin needs to be replaced as not only do other guest's complain about her but other employees acknowledge the fact that she's rude and nasty. We had to fight with her for over an hour regarding our reservation and despite our stay being paid for (minus one day due to an error with expedia) she threatened to cancel our entire stay at 11:30 at night. She bragged that shes done this to other guests when expedia makes an error. Even though we had a confirmation email it still took us over an hour of discussion with her and the Maintenance manager to resolve the issue. The bed was comfortable and I mostly slept well minus the barking dogs and loud guests. If you get Peggy upon checking in she'll take good care of you. If you have the Pakistani lady, good luck she just may cancel your reservation.

It allows for 18yo to check in. My son was moving back to college and needed a place to stay for one night before moving in into his dorm
The lobby was gross, I thought the elevator was going to break down, the room looked like it was from 1980, dirty, stuff missing from the walls, cigarette burns on the sheets. Hard mattress and 2 pillow that were super thin and uncomfortable.

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.
We received 3 calls prior to our check in time. Making sure we were coming. I told them each time we would be checking in around mid night due to the ARCA race.
I was told it was not a problem.
We arrive around 12:30am. Doors all locked, no one at the desk and we cannot get in since we didnt have a key yet.
I called multiple times. Finally someone answered the call. They said the person at the desk must be in the bathroom.
We waited for 25 minutes outside for someone to slowly show up. She looked like she just got out of bed.
It was a horrible experience.
The area by the check in area was a mess and there was a cockroach on the coffee table.
Got to our room, no shampoo, soap and a toilet paper roll that was nearly gone.
Hotel was loud! You could hear everything.
By far the worst hotel we have ever been at.
Customer service was by far the worst.
Do not stay here! It is a freaking joke. The employees were a joke!

The bed was the worst bed we have ever slept on. Broken down mattress, springs popped everywhere. Awful. The place is in disrepair. For what we paid it was awful.
There was a man smoking pot in front of the building in the morning while hanging out with the employees. Just a stressful stay. I was on my way to run a marathon and the stay here did not help me.

The room was completely filthy .. sheets on the second bed had stains and black hair all over the sheets.. bottle lids and paper on the floor .. sink was not clean bathroom and shower had hair all over the place😳😳👎👎👎 oh also the remote had no batteries I went downstairs.. employees outside smoking and didn’t ask if they could help.. she just said what.. I was like wow.. but yes .. I’m not throwing anyone under the bus .. it’s just that the service was not great.. highly disappointed

The room was dirty from beds, to the linen, bathroom shower etc. the hallways smelt like smoke/drugs. There were people in the hallways sitting on the steps snorting drugs in their nose, and prostitution going on also outside and inside. I asked for my money back because this wasn’t the place me and kids were going to lay our heads it’s not safe nor does it look it.

If your looking for a low price option, yes, this accomplishes that, however one will experience the reasons why its less expensive compared to other properties.

The hallway smelled like urine on the first floor. The parking lot was littered with trash, discarded food. Our room appeared clean, which was a bonus compared to what we thought it would look like when we walked into the hotel.
