It was a nice hotel but I was on the 10th floor and could still hear the traffic outside. Lobby was very busy. Food in restaurants on site not good to be honest but staff were very nice.
The hotel was mostly wonderful with the exception of a musty smell in the bed. Not sure if it’s the sheets or the mattress and pillows but it was offputting. Also, while check in was quick and we got the room 2 hours early - very appropriated - the guy might have been a trainee but he didn’t really provide a lot of information, like room service or amenities or anything. We
Really easy check in, and the room was as expected. The Eagle’s nest restaurant is a must experience! One of the best restaurants in the area and it’s in the hotel at the very top.

Great location in downtown Indianapolis. Valet and luggage service made check-in seamless. We had dinner at the Eagle’s Nest, which was delicious! Views of the city were beautiful; especially the sunset. Would recommend!
What I liked: Smitty’s professionalism and helpfulness; the room’s bathroom was very nice and clean; and the front desk staff were very professional. What I didn’t like: 1) room was small and dingy — needs updated; hotel must be understaffed as we were brought a luggage cart; however had to load it ourselves and push it around—the gentleman said they don’t do that; also when I called the front desk to ask for a suite they told me my reservation did not allow them to change to a suite; pool bathrooms were not stocked and out of toilet paper and not clean. Truly disappointed. When I was a younger guest this place was almost magical now it is just very disappointing.
We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. Fantastic location, easy to walk to many dining options. We realize that parking in the city is limited, however, we were disappointed with the cost to park at the hotel(not owned by the hotel, but by the building), no discount offered, even if you stay at the hotel.
I got the wrong room. I paid for a Capital View and we are on the opposite side, we called for valet and they brought the wrong car. I understand they were overwhelmed with the eclipse.
Tony!!! The man, the myth, the legend. We had an amazing stay here. Thank you all for your wonderful customer service. This hotel was convenient for everything. We have a 3 month old that’s in stroller, and everything we needed was walkable. Thanks everyone!
This hotel was beautiful, however the parking was hard to find and the pool water was a little bit on the cold side even after being in the water for a while. There were a lot of food options, but most of the ones in the hotel closed at noon or shortly afterwards.
The bodywash/shampoo bottles in our room were empty, front desk staff the first night were very snooty. Housekeeping staff were VERY POLITE!! Details not clear on free breakfast or not. Website said $47 for valet parking, but it was $59.
