Our room was comfortable and quiet. The lobby area was nice to hang out in, breakfast offerings were plentiful and very good. Outdoor inner courtyard very pleasant. At check-in the front desk person was not welcoming and refused to help us with a discrepancy between the reserved price and what reception was going to charge. Fortunately another staff member summoned the Operations Manager on duty. She was very helpful and courteous and was able to address and correct the problem.
