I had to move rooms twice because the first two rooms had ACs that were not functioning properly. The staff was really professional though and handle it promptly.

It is an old Hotel. Room carpet is really old and dirty. Counter clerks need more flexibility for Hotel Guest. Arrived around 1:00pm and there were many Guests are sitting on the Lobby to checking in exactly 3:00pm even it was not a busy season.

Our room at the Charis Hotel was great. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable enough for my American taste. The description said "full size" bed, but it was really a queen size. The room was extremely clean and non-smoking with no smokey smells at all. The bathroom was very modern and high tech with an overhead rain shower plus handheld shower, jacuzzi tub, and high tech toilet with heated seat and washing features. Big sliding wooden door to enter the bathroom, with separate glass doors on the left and right for the shower/bath and toilet sections. The sink/vanity were in the middle section and you can see into toilet and shower sections. There's a window to the bedroom but there is a magic button for privacy glass. Room fridge kept things nice and cold. Hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful, although most spoke very limited English, or none. All in all, we were able to communicate enough. There isn't a concierge desk like some of the larger hotels in Seoul have. The subway was a short walk and easy to navigate even though we spoke no Korean. Took only 45 minutes to get to the heart of Seoul. Convenient "shopping mall" right across the street with an amazing clean modern grocery store and drug store on the bottom level. Mall has everything; toys, books, lots of great clothes, nail salon, food court. Starbucks, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, and 7-11 are also across the street. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast buffet was also good.

5 min drive to CoEx
I was in Seoul for convention and was very satisfied with hotel location and service. It's 5-10 min drive or Taxi to Convention Expo center, but price-wise it beats all hotels located closer (walking distance ones).

It was a very good hotel, and the straff SAS very nice. We stayed in a dubble room, and the only thing We fouls complain about was the fact that the bed was a bit small for two persons.

It's unbelievable everything we got from the price. It's an old hotel but tidiness and convenient. There're many small restaurants (foods are delicious and cheaper than ones at downtown) and coffee shops around, Homeplus just opposite to the hotel. Of course, we took a bit longer traffic time but acceptable. Overall, the price is valuable.

Best Staff in Incheon
We stayed at this hotel 3/15 to 3/19/2010. As usual for Korea the rooms were a little small. What makes this hotel truly outstanding was the front desk staff. Completely professional and VERY helpful. Everything we asked was provided and they were very knowledgeable about the area. We didn't know much about the electronics in the room and the front desk manager came up immediately and took all the time necessary to explain everything. We have NEVER this quality of service at any other hotel in the world. WONDERFUL!

디럭스 방실은 넓직하니 편안하게 잘 꾸며져 있으나 스탠다드 방실은 너무 협소하여 마치 모텔방실 같은 생각이 듭니다 ~~~ 침구류 상태 깨끗하고 메트리스 상태 좋아서 숙면을 취하였네요

가성비 좋은 출장 숙소
작전역 근처이자 경인고속도로 부평ic 근처인 위치가 좋습니다. 그 근처가 워낙 붐비는 곳이라 주차할 곳이 마땅치 않을까 걱정했는데, 주차를 위한 별도의 빌딩이 있었네요. 주차도 편히 했습니다. 방 인테리어는 고풍스러웠고 멋졌지만, 낡은 느낌 그리고 부서진 부분들은 있었습니다. 방 안에 있어야 할 시설은 다 갖춰져 있습니다. 깔끔하기도 했고요. 가장 좋았던 것은 온돌 난방이 되어, 침대까지 따뜻하더군요. 이 근처 출장 때엔 이만한 가성비 숙소가 없지 싶습니다.

그냥저냥 만족합니다
직원 분들은 매우 친절하세요 하지만 한겨울이 아님에도 방의 윗공기가 너무너무 차갑고 창문을 통해 찬기운이 들어와서 내내 떨고 있었어요ㅜㅜ 화장실이나 벽지, 컵, 드라이기가 청결하지 못한 점도 아쉬웠습니다ㅜㅜ
