This hotel is great if you’re traveling to party and got a lot of time on your hands. The check-in process is slow. There is a restaurant with live band that plays ALL NIGHT LONG, from 6PM to 2 AM, and a nightclub that plays loud party music from midnight to 5AM. That being said…. Initially I had booked 2 rooms to sleep 2 people in one room and 3 in the other. The room I reserved for the 3 people was supposed to be either a queen size bed + twin size bed, as I was traveling with my elderly mother and aunts. Upon checking in, we were offered a room that faces the bar, being warned that the music “gets a little loud sometimes” and declined it. Where does the clerk put us? On the bar side. I think to myself “how bad can it be?” In a nutshell, it’s absolute hell unless you sleep like the dead. The music gets progressively louder from the band and the nightclub causing a cacophony of bad karaoke and ooontz oontz until literally 5am. The first night, we decided to bear it, but we were miserable all night because we couldn’t sleep at all. They were gracious enough to move us at our request the next night, but overall, that experience was terrible.

I am not impressed of $100 per night for broken fridge that water has been stored for a while , TV not working, phone not working, towels are too old and small for an adult, shampoo and conditioner not enough for 1 person for one time use. Linens are too dirty. Overall not satisfied and not worth it with the value of money we paid. Food were expensive but ingredients are too old and very salty. I am not happy. I got diarrhea and really bad stomach with the water and food.

We need to pay if you ask for extra blanket, i booked for 3 i paid for extra person(4th) not enough beddings, have to pay if will request for extra. The heck I am working at the hotel too if guest ask extra beddingsci would be happy to give it because they paid for it when they reserved.

Visitors should be aware that the property includes several bars that play music at the highest volume until 2-3:30am despite what the staff tells you. It was virtually impossible to sleep until after 4am. The air conditioning was inadequate to deal with the humidity, so the room was always very damp. The room was dirty and had items left over from previous occupants, including clothing and hair.

I’ve come here several times and I enjoyed the proximity of this location, but this last visit it seems the hotel is on the decline. Firstly, I tried several times to contact the hotel to confirm but o could never reach anyone. secondly the hotl room we had had a funny smell in it and my fiancé and I both hat a bunch of bug bites by the time we left the room three days later.

Overall a a nice Hotel, Staff was excellent friendly and helpful. The Hotel is located in a nice area for nightlife and dinning. The hotel itself is nice, a good value for the price, the pool area requires payment to use, unless you are staying poolside which is very nice but also very busy as it is a local attraction and used by many. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very good location, walking distance to all major offices in the City. Rooms are clean the only problem is the tiny bugs roaming around the room and bathroom. I think they need to fumugate to remove those insects. But overall it was a nice stay. I stayed for 2nights with different rooms. Swimming pool are excellent for relaxation and exercise.

Clean towels and spacious. Bed is comfy. But, there was a low water pressure and water barely coming out from the shower head. The ceiling has water stains that looks like mold or water leak. But we were in the second floor. There are no power outlets available by the bedside to charge the phones. Being next to the bars, the loud music can be heard from the room. Not a suitable place if you're tired and just wanted to rest and be ready for the next day. Breakfast time, we were told that breakfast wasn’t included in our reservation and I have to show the desk our reservation that breakfast was included. Overall, its a ⭐️⭐️ rate.

Our hotel is located in the central part of nightlife in Iloilo City, thus the noise is inevitable. However, we can only offer the back part of our hotel to accommodate a quieter stay. We are continually trying to improve this as we just recently renovated our rooms and installed glass window that could lessen the noise, but not totally soundproof so as to ensure guests' safety inside the room. This hotel is located in the night life district of Iloilo. Restaurants and bars are just few step away. If you are in town for nightlife then it is a great place. But if you are in town for business and need to get some at night, then find anotger hotel. The rooms are not sound proof so you'll be awake all night listening to noise from the street and bars. It would help a bit if you book rooms facing the empty lot. Otherwise find other hotels nearby.

Located in the heart of many popular bars, which is a plus (if you like bars) or a minus, if you don’t want to hear loud music in your hotel room until 2am every night. 24 hour restaurant & room service was definitely a “plus.” The food taste and quality was overall good, with only a few dishes lacking in quality.

Stylish Hotel with a great location
Stylish Hotel with a great location and I mean it. Staff is very friendly and professional, always out to help. Clean place with modern rooms and facilities, the food was great and the prices reasonable. There is a connected restobar right across the street that allow bringing food and drinks between them and the hotel with live entertainment, it isnon the street, but security was very effective at removing vagrants that tried to enter and harass customers. A great place, would come again.

Overall decent stay
My original room was great, clean, didn't smell of mold. However, it was facing the open bar thus hearing the band until 1am was not. Had to change rooms due to an early am flight the next day. They were able to change my room the next day after 2pm. But this room was not clean, water pockets in the corner and found a few cockroaches crawling around. It was so late that I could wait for another room. So dealt with it due to my early early flight.
