"The rooms were VERY well-cleaned. We bring a black light on our trips and I check every where before evening bringing our luggage into the room. The bathrooms were very well-cleaned. ALL the linens were cleaned and the remote and telephone were clean and wiped down. I do not think, however, that this was worth the price I paid. This room was over $200 a night (2nd week of June). We stayed two nights. This was not a hotel worth of almost $500. It was not exceptional in any way. The elevator broke down once, but they did fix it - not before we had to do a 3-story climbing of the stairs. Additionally, there is only ONE elevator. The staff are great. The place is clean. It is within 5-mintues of food and shopping and 10-minutes to the zoo. But not worth the price we paid at all."

"What a wonderful place, spectacular view of the falls and the town, right on the walking paths. The rooms are great, comfortable and clean beds and nicely furnished. Everything worked perfectly. The owners had included a welcome letter talking about how they have kept their values. It showed in all areas of the hotel. There was a new employee working in the breakfast making omelets. She said she was very happy to have been selected and her co workers were long time employees who praised their employers. Everyone was very happy with the service, the attention to detail, and the friendly smiles. The gardens and hanging baskets added to the overall atmosphere of care and well being. The customers were all smiling and enjoying a well run establishment. What a peaceful and welcoming place. I feel everyone should go to this place because it will be a wonderful experience. . "

"Upon arrival we sat that they were remodeling the lobby caution tape on front door. Had to call the front desk to find out checkin was next door at a different hotel. Was told at checkin to use their facilities for breakfast. Had to change rooms on the spot.they gave us a 2nd floor room and we need lower level. Our room had some minor issues, bathroom floor had muddy footprints all over, toilet needed to be fulshed 2 or 3 times, every use, extreamly slow. Door knob to bathroom ready to fall off. Pool was not usable because the bottom and sides looked like black mold and water was freezing cold. Bed was great. Heat and AC worked great. Besides the bathroom the room was clean. Don't plan on using this hotel again as there are others cheeper and more apeling. We choise this one for location. Bad choice."

"There were some maintenance issues that we found in our room - The bathroom light flickered, and the closet doors could barely be moved because they stuck to the track. And when you did exert the force to move them, the door would sometime pop out of the track and you'd have to lift it back into place. But other than that, it was a great place to stay, and the room was very clean!"
