The hotel is in a good location, has a nice relaxed atmosphere and the staff are the the most helpful and friendliest that we have ever experienced. Our room was very clean, nicely arranged and with a small balcony. There is a lovely area for eating breakfast, either inside or out. A secure car park is available in close proximity. "Check-in took 15 min. Reception lady is very nice and kind, provides all info needed about the room and area. Location is perfect for Ibiza town. 2 minutes walk to main streets and shops. Apartment was clean and all decent amenities. But you get what you paid for.. walls were a bit damaged and the apartment itself looks old, everything was clean, toilet had recently been renovated. Would stay there again if I'm on a budget."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and was welcomed by a lovely member of staff Sara who checked me in and offered useful information. My stay was brief and the hotel is well situated close to the beach and many places to dine. The staff that I encountered later were dismissive and I noted the names, Alba Millana and Mateu on the front desk unhelpful, and Alba extremely rude.
