Fantastic location, very spacious room with everything you need. We were here for a triathlon and it made everything a breeze. Staff was lovely as well. Would absolutely stay again.

Excellent value, fabulous location.
The Duquesa is perfectly located in a very central location to all the shops and restaurants. Spacious accommodation and side view of the Marina. Would absolutely recommend and would most certainly stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, apartments simple but very comfortable, gym/pool convenient, staff super helpful. We were really able to make this a 'home away from home' for our extended stay - a huge thank you to the friendly staff for everything.

Nice but noisy
Nice enough hotel , clean . Only downside was the traffic so make sure you get a room on the top floor marina end or you’ll get woken up at 4 am with the smash of dustbin Lorry . Pool rails weren’t cleaned which put me off going in the pool at then end of our stay .. Breakfast was included but no menu available so it was quite hard to explain what we wanted so just had coffee & eat out .

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at these apartments which were in an excellent location. All the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The only down-side is the lack of space around the pool therefore there was a lack of sun beds available, however this would not deter us from staying here again.

An absolute perfect all-round accommodation for us, on holiday with our adult son. We had a one bed superior apartment with balcony and it was so clean, the sofa bed was comfy, great black-out curtains & the air conditioning lovely which was most helpful in July/August! The kitchen area was most adequate in preparing breakfast and the odd lunch, otherwise some great restaurants nearby. Room cleaned every day. There’s a gym which was great too and the pool was beautiful with plenty of sun beds available. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Hotel
Stayed in April 2019 for a long weekend visiting the North-East of Ibiza. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was upgraded free of charge and was immaculate, spacious and light with great facilities. The terrace and kitchen were both ideal. The rooftop pool was lovely (even if v cold in Spring) and had great views of the sunset over the hills and the sea. Overall, it was absolutely faultless and had a lovely charm and warmth to it. Would definitely book again.

Good central spot.

Splendid location and very helpful multilinguial staff. The little kitchen was excellent and so was the balcony. The wifi worked perfectly and was included: this was a great place to sit at the desk and get a little work done. Make sure to check if you have a double bed or twin beds.

Perfect in all aspects!
Great location. Minutes from marina, beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Staff very helpful (Amber in particular). Had a superior twin room which was a good size with everything you needed. Rooftop pool with a lovely terrace and bar was a bonus. Some street noise early in the morning but my mate never even heard it so not a big deal. Will definitely return.

Duquesa Playa Christmas Eve
Very efficient hotel staff, clean & tidy room. Hotel is ideally situated if you do not have transport as it is in the centre, close to a good selection of restaurants, within walking distance of the beach and the marina is at the end of the street. (There is a disco close by, I am not sure if this would be a problem in the height of summer!, we were there at Christmas so these places were closed!). I would use this hotel again!

This hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Santa Eulalia. The marina is just at the end of the street. There are many local tapas bars within easy walking distance. There is a good selection of restaurants close by. We were there at Christmas and the bars and restaurants around the marina were closed. Be aware that the hotel underground carpark is VERY small and would think in a summer it would be very difficult to manoeuvre! Hotel reception staff very efficient.

Ibiza holiday 2015
Excellent holiday in Santa Eulalia. Duquesa Playa is a great hotel, the staff are very helpful and the housekeeping is excellent. It is in a good position in the resort and having the supermarket on the opposite corner is great. Traffic noise not an issue if the windows are closed at night which is not a problem as rooms are air conditioned. We ate in the hotel cafe a couple of times and the food is good and great value if you have the set menu. My only criticisms are the apartment sofas are not particularly comfortable and neither are some of the sun beds around on the rooftop/pool area hence the lower rating for this. The resort itself is also excellent with good beaches and lots of great places to eat and shop. We also hired a car for 2 days and got to see what a beautiful island Ibiza is. Also used the buses to go to Es Canar, St Antonio and Ibiza Town and the service is good and excellent value for money.

Family Holiday
The apartments are close to the marina and a couple of minutes walk to the main beach. The room are spotlessly clean and maintained daily by a friendly and meticulous staff. All of the staff are friendly without being obtrusive and every request is met in an efficient manner. The apartments are a good size and have all the required amenities. I would highly recommend the Duquesa Playa to anyone seeking accommodation that represents real value for money.

Perfect position for the promenade , port and beach. We were given a two bed roomed apartment which gave the two of us lots of space. The kitchen is adequate although we only used it for a morning coffee and the fridge for water and a few beers

Really nice place in a great location
We stayed for 3 nights in one of the 2-bedroom suites, which was enormous! Clean, spacious room, nice showers, and the location was very central. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Not the cheapest rooms around, but definitely very good value for what you got.

Overall good stay; staff quality excellent: linen and rooftop facilities also excellent: However there were a few negatives - as non smokers we booked a room to reflect this but the room smelt strongly of stale cigarette smoke. [had to personally clean ash from the frame of the sofa and underneath] Further we had to 'air' the sofa cushion on the balcony to try to remove the 'damp' smell. The décor is dated and very worn (burn marks on the curtains). Finally although the air conditioning worked well the unit frequently dripped condensation on unsuspecting toilet users . Would like to have seen other rooms to find out if these issues were typical. All things considered we would use the Duquesa Playa again - however we would choose a different apartment.

Really good value accommodation in the centre of town, only a few minutes walk to the shops, beach, marina and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff and the reception is open 24 hours. Small restaurant/café on the ground floor which serves the best tasting coffee in town! Clean pool and small terrace on the roof, including a cool bar area. Recommended!

This hotel was fantastic, very small and friendly, the rooms were spotless and very spacious. The upstairs bar area was stunning and the pool, although quite small, was very clean and there were always sunbeds available. It is very close tho the marina, beach and lots of shops, bars and restaurants. I would definatley recommend this hotel.

A great hotel.
I was very impressed with this hotel.From the modern reception,to the bright & airy rooms which were furnished to a good standard,it was a relaxing place to be. The staff,throughout the hotel were friendly,always acknowledged & very helpful. The location suited my needs perfectly,only a short walk to the beach (200yds),numerous bars/restaurants nearby & close to mini-markets for everyday shopping. The roof terrace is a beautiful oasis in the sky to escape from the busy beaches.Luxuriously furnished,with a pool on the upper level.Complimentary drinks & chilled tunes too.The hotel should be proud of this space. There's also a stylish restaurant just off the lobby,with good,reasonably priced food & drinks. My room was well enough equipped for day-to-day living.Fridge,cooker,microwave,flatscreen tv,air-con & free wi-fi.It had a kitchen,breakfast bar,dining area,lounge & also a spacious balcony with patio furniture. The bedrooms were large,as were the built-in wardrobes.Lots of storage space,as well as being equipped with a safe (3 euros per day). The hotel is situated in a residential/retail street,which leads directly down to the marina entrance.It isn't a 'main' road but has traffic.The rooms are all double-glazed & shuttered though.I was particularly impressed by the hotels facility to store guests luggage after checking out (if they have a late flight) & also the use of a 'courtesy room',where you can change & shower before travelling.A nice touch.

Die Zimmer waren ok. Keine Müslischalen, kein Backofen-dafür Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Blick auf andere Hausdächer. Pool / Dachterrasse im Februar mit nur 2 alten Liegen ausgestattet. Nicht einladend. Lage so wie erwartet. Mehrere Supermärkte und Geschäfte in der Nähe.

Perfecto, salvo por el aire acondicionado.
Apartamento amplio, limpio y comodo. Solo una cosa que nos molestó muchísimo, el ruido del aire acondicionado, terrible. Por la noche tuvimos que cerrarlo. Se oía más en el dormitorio que en el salón .
