Location was great and walkable to the main dining options. Parking was free and convenient on the property. Breakfast was €13 and was good variety. The rooms were clean and tidy. However the bathroom/shower situation left little to no privacy. There was just a curtain between the shower and the beds. You have to wear a swim cap in the pool, so we didn’t even get to use it.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. Staff was very polite. Just a shame due to Covid the pool was closed, but we were informed personally some days ago as they called us!

Very welcoming staff
Very welcoming staff. Nice location and amenities. Kettle in the room would be nice however I understand Ibis doesn't usually provides one in the room. All staff speak English which was very helpful and the food in the restaurant was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Cadre agréable pour un séjour détente
Bel établissement tout proche de la plage avec terrasse extérieure. Chambres propres et rénovées. Bémol : notre chambre au rez de chaussée avait une salle d'eau ouverte, juste séparée par un rideau. De plus l'entrée de la chambre donne sur un couloir ouvert sur le parking de l'hôtel, façon motel. Les prestations du restaurant de l'hôtel sont moyennes pour le prix. Néanmoins il y a de nombreux autres restaurants un peu plus loin vers le centre de La Capte.

Accueil de l’hôtel souriant et pro, chambres confortables…20/20 pour Le Spa, la qualité des soins et la bienveillance des thérapeutes….. très très décevant que le magnifique espace piscine ne soit pas équipé de multi jet comme dans toutes les Thalasso du monde .. du coup je n’y retournerai pas …

Högklassigt strandhotell
Jag är mycket nöjd med min vistelse på Ibis Hyères Thalasso. Mycket lätt att åka till hotellet med buss nr 67 från järnvägsstationen. Fick stort rum med mycket skön säng, mycket hyllor för förvaring, separat toalett och dusch på rummet, men tyvärr rann duschvatten ut på golvet. Toppenbra med safebox, kylskåp, AC på rummet och det bästa av allt, egen balkong. Trevlig personal vid in- och utcheck, bra städning, men inga grönsaker till bufféfrukosten, som kostar extra. Hotellet ligger i trevlig trädgård, men tyvärr torrt i vegetationen nu. Härlig solterrass med solstolar nära havet, tillgång till havsvattenpool etc. Spa med behandlingar finns på hotellet, men provade inte det.

Hotel posizionato direttamente sul mare, parcheggio gratuito in struttura. Possibilità di utilizzare la piscina e l hammam . Ottima beauty e ottimo il servizio di accoglienza. Il ristorante lascia un pò a desiderare, buona la colazione.

Bon sejour dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est tres sympathique et compétent. Petit déjeuner extraordinaire. Dommage que l'on est pas les horaires d'aquagym de la piscine ceci permettrait de ne pas y aller pour rien .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Le personnel est accueillant, les serveurs également. Les mesures de propreté sont respectées au niveau du restaurant et des parties communes. Le port du masque est respecté. Endroit agréable avec plage aménagée et piscine très agréable.

Malgré que notre réservation a été perdu dans un premier temps , tout c’est arrangé et nous avons été surclassés. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel le site est paradisiaque et idéal pour décompresser et passer un moment loin du tumulte des grandes villes . Hôtel site au bord d’une plage de sable fin .
