It’s not worth to what you pay and what you get. The maintenance is worst. The towels which they provided is, I think it’s the same they bought at the time of opening of the hotel. Too old ones. The food which you ordered is not worth.

nice clean hotel with all the facilities. Staff are very very polite and professional. The only thing negative I would say is that some guests would talk very loudly in the corridors. The hotel staff should put some signs requesting staff to be quite in corridors. Also, some sound insulation on doors would also be good. Overall a great stay.

Overnight stay for a business trip. The hotel itself was quite good but the room I got could do with some upgrades. Everything was functional and comfortable but other places I've stayed at for the same kind of money looked a lot better. The breakfast buffet was good with a good selection of local fare.

Nice hotel
Stayed at the Lemon Tree as it was very convenient for where I am working. It is a nice hotel with all the amenities that you would expect of this class of hotel. I was upgraded to a suite which was very nice and made my business work much more pleasant - thank you. My only compliant is that the service in the Citrus restaurant was so very very slow - they need to improve that aspect.

Hotel and location are good but I have experienced two problems. 1) There is no power outlet for American chargers and front desk doesn't have adaptors. 2) No minimum facilities for drivers.

Hotel was either under staffed or mananatement has changed becz this time they kept me waiting for the check in process , in the restaurant the staff were not so efficient like previous experience and there was some trash kept on the floor lobby where after several reminders it was cleant .bedsheets / cushion covers weren’t changed for next guest it had stains . Upon complaining, it was changed, howewer I felt something wasn’t perfect this time around overall stay experience

excellent service - clean and safe!
A very well organized, maintained hotel. I brought 7 people with me to a conference and this hotel was the best decision. Clean and well maintained rooms; great buffet dining option on the ground floor - plus some other places on 2nd floor. Professional front-desk staff. You can also rent a taxi from the front desk for 1/2 or whole day - which is very convenient if you are sightseeing or want to depend on a transportation option in Hyderabad. I would highly recommend this hotel.

excellent maintained hotel in Hyderabad
a very well maintained hotel in Hyderabad. Clean, great breakfast/dinning buffet on ground floor plus other places to eat on 2nd floor; front desk is helpful and all speak English. I'll note this hotel is unique in that they employ a number of staff who are hearing/speech impaired (signs on Indian sign language in the buffet; no need to speak via sign language - all will understand you - but just a note to say how forward thinking this hotel is).

Well maintained hotel - top hotel
A solid hotel with responsive staff - very clean and well maintained hotel. Front Desk staff were good - but for those international guests, having a bit stronger individual managers would help. Some front desk staff were not trained as well as others; several times the 1 manager had to be called over the help while other clients were waiting. Staff within hotel and restaurant were very good esponsive - friendly and efficient. This is the second time I stayed here and actually brought 7 others with me and rented 5 rooms for the week. I’d stay here without question again.

Really beautiful hotel. Seems brand new. The only complaint I that breakfast was not included. it is one of the higher quality hotels in the area and the price is expensive to match, so i'd expect the basic breakfast to be included. Everything else about this hotel is amazing. Very clean rooms, good restaurant and room service, beautiful lobby

Didnt have reservation. Did a walk in. Was quoted high price. So i said i found a lower rate on orbitz.. staff was instantly rude and said its upto to me and had me move away from the checkin area.. so i booked on orbitz.. then tried to recheck.. staff member soma. Said it will take atleast 1hr for my reservation to showup.. room was not clean enough. Foul smell.. had to checkout at 6pm to a better hotel

Check-in took a lot of time. I just booked a room & walked in 30 min later. I expect it to be seamless check-in, but it took lot of time saying they did not receive the confirmation which is very bad. Front desk should be more professional. they are not up to mark. Hotel\Lobby Ambience & Room not up to mark. its an over rated hotel. over priced restaurants.

Wifi restricted to one device???
The Lemon Tree is a nice hotel at which to stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and in general the hotel met all the requirements. The only negative I have is that the free wifi only supports one device (who ever has one device these days???). It was a real pain switching between devices and in order to avoid negative comments in the future, the hotel should certainly revise that arrangement.

Got this as part of insider stay rate. Room was worth $50 stay..and i had to extend trip, so asked the hotel for an extra night, they quoted ard $128 Room was not upto standard. Hotel lobby was clean n attractive but room was not.
