I paid for 32000 Indian rs per day the hardwood floor was crocked , while walking on the floor . I share this with reserve desk but they ignore my request and did not do anything.

The service was below par. In room dining options were limited and there wasn’t an easy way to directly order food from the restaurants at the hotel. In-room dining line wasn’t always available on first dial. We had an infant and the stewards delivering food weren’t courteous in closing the door and keeping the volume low. Silverware wasn’t brought at once. Laundry bags weren’t available in the room.

The property is pretty as is the reception area. However the staff are so laid back they are almost falling asleep. They are constantly together looking at mobiles instead of attending to guests.They do not understand hindi or english well. They got our food wrong twice. The bathroom smell was terrible. Bedding was not fresh, had to get someone to change at 10pm. Staff were knocking on my door at 12.10am, he came for a tip which is terrible. We checked out and were waiting to leave, asked for water as sister had temperature, got told had no water bottles which was a lie.. List goes on. No ATM for a 5* is terrible.

overall unhappy due to below issues- Not Rate guaranteed Staff is so rude and not responsive Asked and called several times for utensils and no response. Washroom had a leak and no one responded. Unsafe- ppl are knocking the door overnight, staff called on the midnight.

Housekeeping service needs a lot of improvement. Requests take very long to deliver. There was no iron kept in the room and it took them 30 minutes to send, but not iron they sent a stand. Then again after five minutes they sent the iron. Door locks were not fixed properly. The room door was just opening by a push without the card itself. Not secure. Least expected from a property of this magnitude. The valet takes very long to bring the cars to the porch. All these services need serious attention as there are several other properties around with better services offered at almost half the price they charge.
