The place was great. Could have used some renovations and modernizations. But was a nice getaway. Only complaint was the lack of hot water on demand, it took 1-2 minutes for shower to get hot water. And there was no vent in the bathroom leading to very humid conditions inside the townhome. Shower left a lot to be desired, but other than that it was great.

We absolutely loved it here! From the traditional Cape Cod style homes, to the most friendly and welcoming staff, this place did not disappoint. The beds were extremely comfortable and you felt at home with the sectional couch, kitchen and outside deck. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries as there was minimal, if any to be had. Overall, we would definitely be back and hope to try out the pool and yard games next time!

Very spacious unit. The full kitchen had everything we needed (utensils, dish soap, pans, plates, dish towel, etc.) Lots of closet space in each room. Bedroom was very spacious with sliders out to a nice deck with a table, 4 chairs, and an umbrella. Very happy with our stay.

Very nice property. Plenty of space. Very clean. Only downside was the noise from the upstairs unit- definitely could hear all the footsteps from upstairs. Would stay again.

Quaint yet big!
Don’t be fooled by the quaintness of the property—Cape Winds Resort packs a big wallop! Amenities were plentiful, including a hot tub, indoor pool, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room (bring a roll of quarters), and barbecue grills, which we took advantage of each night. The location was superb for the purpose of our stay, with the beach a 5-minute drive away. Our accommodations were clean and the front desk was helpful with tips on where to dine or stock up the refrigerator. This was our first stay at Cape Winds Resort, but it definitely was not our last!

We loved our stay at cape winds! We are a family of 6 so having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen was much needed! Common kitchen essentials were included and the building next door is a grocery store. AC's in each room were super cold. My only feedback would be a bit more attention to detail with cleanliness. There was a chip under the dining room table when we arrived and crumbs on the pull out mattress. The sheets for the pull out couch were in the closet of the bedroom and clearly clean so not a huge deal for me. Kitchen and bathrooms smelled very clean when we walked in. Kitchen appliances were very clean. Staff were extremely nice and accommodating!! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

A quick and affordable stay in a one bedroom unit with pull out sofa. Unit was fine, in need of a little sprucing up paint-wise, but was fine for one night that we were there and very reasonably priced for a summer weekend. Kitchen was equipped for a light meal though we only used for takeout. Didn’t get to use the amenities due to the rainy weather and our late arrival. The highlight was Brian, the manager on duty…great guy with excellent customer service skills. Location is convenient and a short drive to Hyannis highlights. Property was/is a timeshare property from sometime ago, and is a throwback to the older school cape timeshare era. Mattress wasn’t great sadly, and should be replaced. Overall a solid option among other much more expensive or much older rundown properties.

Hidden Gem
First time staying here. Have two floors, 2nd floor deck (shared) with deck chairs and table wonderful surprise, and grounds have everything you need. Place is overall an older facility but to find CLEAN places still at the Cape for an affordable price with all you need was fantastic. Super close to beaches and downtown Hyannis. Good find. Workers there are super helpful, kind and warm.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The room was updated and clean, great view, it was quite! The staff was over the top friendly and amazing. The pool and hot tub were great. The bed and pillows were comfy. 10/10 would recommend this hotel. I will stay here again!

It was perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped, the place was clean, it had a laundry, a pool, a grill, place for children to play, kids tv shows that they actually like. Everything you need to for a comfortable family vacation. Ahhh and also friendly staff!

We stayed here last year, and had a very nice room. Came back this year, expecting the same quality of room, but what we had was no comparison. This year, the furniture has stains all over it, counters were chipped, room was dark and dingy. Pull out sofa had crumbs all over the mattress. A very disappointing start to our vacation. Had a 2-night reservation; checked out after first night. Asked if we could get a refund for the 2nd night and was told "no." Don't think we'll stay here again.

Cute little older stay. The carpet was worn and there was a hole in the bathroom door. It had a musky odor when we first walked in but it subsided. We didn’t visit the pool or the outdoor games they had. The front desk staff were pleasant. Would stay there again. It had everything you would need to stay longer; ie. fridge, kitchen and utensils.

Located in Hyannis in the city center comes busy traffic on the road. Craigville Beach is nearby, but everyday $25.00 pass. That is a kids' haven and we pay to see our boys have a happy time.
