Very reasonable stay nice rooms the lobby and entryway are a little bit dated and they're doing a major construction on the drive coming in but all in all it was a very good experience I would have rated it great if the lobby was a little nicer.

Better room and amenities then area business class, hotels, but less expensive. I was really pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this place, and will definitely stay here again when I am in Huntsville.

We were there for a long weekend. The place was fine, no frills but was clean and quiet. Setup like a former extended stay hotel in that no lobby, breakfast, and sign that maid service is every 7 days but can exchange towels, etc, anytime. Reasonably priced for amenities.

Felt clean and safe. Staff was very friendly. Gym was not great just because of how tight the space is. Felt awkward to workout when someone else is in there just because you’re right next to each other but I’m just grateful there was a gym so not complaining about that

Mixed Experience
The staff was welcoming and courteous! The variety of smoke odors was unpleasant and disruptive. I was awakened twice by a tobacco odor. The scent of marijuana was frequently in the elevator and hallways. A "musical seat" activity in the parking lot lasted nearly an hour with three vehicles and about a dozen people. Great location and wonderfully convenient!

This property was OK as hotels go. Clean. Room was smaller than expected. I did not like the $100 damage deposit that had to be put down once I got to check in. I didn't see that anywhere in the reservation info. The credit was supposed to be within 10 days and I have yet to see it 20 days later.

Not for a romantic get away
As with most hotels, the photos used look like they were taken in the glory days. It was a little run down, but by far not the worst I have seen. The room was nice and it was quiet...getting to the room was where it was uncomfortable. There were most definitely a lot of people who lived there and drugs were an obvious problem. But everyone did keep to themselves.

We focus on providing all the comforts of home and one of the best values in the area. Most of our guests are working long term projects, training, or relocating to the area. Our guests come from all areas of the country and the world, and we get to know most of our guests quite well due to the duration of their stays. They may not live like us, but they are respectful of our building and our other guests as we are a 100% non smoking hotel. Our management team has over 75 years combined experience in the industry and over 8 years managing this hotel together. We treasure our work family and the hard work they do to provide noticeably clean rooms for our guests. Safety, guest service, and cleanliness are top priority. We observe quiet hours so that our guests can be comfortable and live like home. We just completed a refresh in November 2023 and every room received new paint, carpet and flooring as well as updates to the public areas. We also installed a brand new elevator as well as new furniture and electric fireplace in our lobby so that everyone receives the warmest of welcomes. Professional photos were taken in November of 2023 of our actual rooms so that we can be an accurate representation online. We lead the brand in guest service and cleanliness scores as well as extended stay occupancy. We understand that we are not the right fit for a romantic getaway, but if you ever need a long term stay we hope you think of us. We appreciate you giving us a try and would love to help you book another stay in the future.
Check in was easy. Guy at the counter was cool. The hotel fell like it needs an update. Definitely some smells in the elevator and even walking into my room but overall for one night it wasn't bad. Check out is at 11 and i had room service coming in a little after 10am so that was bs. But again, overall stay wasn't horrible

Stayed here for 3 nights on business travel. Overall it was newly renovated and extremely clean with a very welcoming staff. Some people might not like that there is no breakfast but that didn’t matter to me.
