The check in process was great. Unfortunately the property was overrun with residents who were clearly addicts giving an unsettling vibe. Sink wouldn't drain. We were fine but there are other motels in the area not much more $. I'd stay there.

Room was clean. Accessibility - seat in shower was coming out of wall. I think all handicap rooms should have walk in showers. Overall stay was good.. 3rd time staying here.

However, I am sorry to hear that the conditions of the seat in the shower and the other issue regarding the walk-in shower dampened your experience. We understand your concern about the absence of a roll-in shower. Please be aware that your booking was for a ADA Superior King room, and unfortunately, this room category doesn't include the mentioned feature. If you would like to enjoy this amenity next time, we recommend selecting a ADA Superior King with Roll-in shower room for a more satisfying experience. Please know that we value you as our guest and appreciate your business. What I like about the property the staff was able to handle the problems we had. I think they could have take the time to clean the rooms really well far as sweeping and cleaning the linens.

The rooms was kinda updated but the bathrooms was still old no counters at all in the bathroom. The open shower didnt drain in the shower. The water filled the entire bathroom floor. I had to dry it all up just to get to the toliet.

Checkin was great! The Front Desk worker is amazing, she was very polite! Our room was perfect for our weekend trip, it needs a little cosmetic work but nothing that interfered with our stay. Bed needs a few more pillows but other than that it’s great! 1 more night to go!!

The day time gentlemen was so rude to me when I asked if I could go across the street to fund my card so I could rent the room another night he huffed at me and made me feel terrible over it. I ended up having to pack in a haste because he was so rude and had to find another hotel. I usually love staying at this location and the staff are always so nice until this time. I’m sure I’ll stay again however I hope he doesn’t treat others this way.

No frills, close to the highway
It was good mostly but the AC unit was quite loud otherwise it was clean and the lady at the front desk was super nice. I turned off the AC and slept great.
