"When I arrived at the property last night I was greeted by a lovely young man who was incredibly helpful. I am mobility impaired, so handling my bags, etc, can be very challenging. He jumped right in and helped me to my room.. After getting into my room, I realized my tv didn’t work. I notified the front desk and it appeared that nothing could be done. I was exceptionally disappointed. But, just a short time later, the front desk called me and informed me that they had located another room for me. I was delighted. The tv worked, there was a roomy fridge where I was able to keep my dinner, and a microwave. (Also coffee!)
The staff was as friendly and helpful when I checked out. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient place to stay in Huntington Beach, this is a great choice!!!"
