Arguably much better service than in Europe ( at least in terms of helpfulness) but not yet there in terms of service ( when compared to five stars in Dubai or more expensive hotel chains) - only point to make it a true five star experience."

"Everything was perfect in this resort, family friendly, spacious clean room, amazing breakfast buffet(delicious Hue dishes, fruits and Western options), 3 pools (the adult pool is amazing) and very attentive staff. The kids did a fun hat painting activity. I would have loved to try their spa services but we only stayed for one night. Honestly we were sad to leave. It was the most comfortable stay so far in our trip. We will definitely book again when visiting Hue again."

"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The property is new, modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean throughout. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and willingness to help. The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a fantastic bed, quality linen, plush towels, and premium amenities. The shower pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning provided strong, consistent airflow - something we greatly appreciated in Vietnam’s climate. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and, without question, the best we have had in Vietnam. The selection was plentiful, fresh, and varied. A special mention must go to Ha from the breakfast team. His hospitality and customer service were truly exceptional. He has a natural ability to make guests feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. He consistently went above and beyond, and his warmth and professionalism enhanced every morning of our stay. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within easy walking distance. The pool and outdoor seating area are a real oasis and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. Their genuine care and attention to detail created an exceptional guest experience. Highly recommend!"
