A Get Away out of Hua Hin
The ad said beach. We had to walk 12-15 minutes to the beach. Nice place. Good buffet. Big rooms. Maybe good if you get a discount price. Also, it is out of Hua Hin so it was nice to spend a couple days out of town.

Great Hotel - few tweaks could make it exceptional
Lovely place to stay, Close to the Khao Takiab beach Staff excellent and rooms and pool exceptional We’d agree with a previous review in regard to no where comfy to sit, except for reception Other criticism would be the pool bar and restaurant situation While breakfast is a reasonable quality with usual eggs cooked to order etc, aside from the pool bar food service (and up to room), there’s no evening restaurant. There are plenty of eateries locally with excellent quality food, but to see no option at the resort and guests ordering ‘take out’ via Grab was a surprise. The other is the pool bar, as this closes in the evening, meaning if you want a late drink, you’d have to be in town Otherwise, a great stay and would likely return

This property was great. We had the 3 twin bed room. Three of us stayed with golf gear. We had plenty of space. Pool staff were great, chicken burger was even better.

Is best with Jacuzzi and extra rolls of tissues
Good for the bigger room size for a more perfect stay. Room with jacuzzi is awesome to relax and wind down. Variety of breakfast menu is surprisingly good. Only setbacks are ...the room does not have extra pillows and toilet paper. The toilet paper has enough capacity only for daily use And the card key is often demagnitized that frequent trips to the reception is a daily affair

We stayed in a room with a private pool. Incredible views over the mountains and sun loungers with complete privacy while still getting sun all day. The room was large with a central bath tub and also had beautiful views. Hotel was very clean and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay with private pool room.

ห้องกว้างดี สะอาด คนไม่พลุกพล่านดีค่ะ แต่พนักงานต้อนรับแปลกๆ หน้าไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้ม ขอเลทเช็คเอ้าเนื่องจากเป็นวันจันทร์ ไม่มีคน แจ้งว่าได้มากสุดแค่ 12.30 ระบบจะคิดค่าเลท เหมือนไม่ให้เลท .... ตอนหลังโทรมาบอกได้ไม่เกิน 13.00 แต่เป็นคนละคนกับที่บอกตอนแรก .... ตอนเช็คอินก็ไม่มีบอกเรื่องอาหารเช้าว่ากี่โมงถึงกี่โมง ร้านอาหารตรงไหน ต้องถามเอง ..... แต่มีพนักงานชื่อเจี๊ยบ น่ารักค่ะ ถามเรื่องไปที่หาด เค้าบริการดีมากค่ะ

Convenient location - walking distance to Khoa Takiab beach and the north end of Hua Hin beach. We had a comfortable studio room with a balcony where we could enjoy the last rays of the late afternoon sun.

The room was clean and quiet. The only complaint i have is the pool. It is very dangerous geting in and out as the floor is very slippery as you have to go over rocks in order to get in but other than that the staff was very good.

A Very Nice Hotel
We had watched this hotel being built for two years and decided to stay for 10 days while we looked for a long stay. We ended up rebooking another two weeks. Right from the getgo we liked it. From the manager to the reception staff and housekeeping everyone has been terrific. They go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Could not ask for better. Great pool and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Instead of risking a rundown beachfront, I much prefer to stay here. Excellent condition and clean hotel, large and well equipped rooms, comfy bed and large pool. Staff is very helpful and smiling. Walking to the beach in 10min, Air Space cafe is less than a 3 minutes walk. Hotel even has a regular shuttle bus that can drop you near beach, Hua Hin center or malls. Great value for money!

1. Floor drain in bahtroom have problem , that slow water flow. 2. Room is not block noice from out side. 3. Car park is not enaugh for all tourist. 4. Room service don't have Mask, who come in my room !!!

Dear Au, Thank you to share us your constructive feedback. Based on your comments that you have provided it appears as though we have failed to meet your expectation and we kindly offer our sincere apologies to you. I will follow up with our Engineering Team regarding the water flow in bathroom and discuss how to block the noise from outside. During these times we have the majority of our guests driving by themselves from Bangkok and other provinces. We therefore have a lot more cars then we used to have before Covid-19 happened. We have around 100 parking spaces but we are looking in to a solution to add even more parking spaces. All our staff are required to wear mask when dealing with guests and I will follow up with our F&B Team regarding this matter. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address these problems and prevent future occurrences. We hope you are willing to give us one more change. โรงแรมใหม่ สร้างเสร็จประมาณ พย 2019. ที่ตั้งอยู่ในซอยแคบ ไม่ติดทะเล ไม่ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อใดๆ ต้องเดินออกมาประมาณ 500 ม. ข้อเสีย/ข้อแนะนำ : เลือกห้อง jacuzzi ไว้ แต่อ่างอยู่ด้านนอก ตรงระเบียง อยากให้มีอะไรบังตามากกว่านี้ ดูไม่เป็นส่วนตัวเท่าไหร่ / อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อย ไม่หลากหลาย / โรงแรมไม่มีของใช้ในห้องน้ำให้ มีแค่หมวกอาบน้ำ, cotton bud พัก 2 คนให้มา 1 ชุด / มีครีมอาบน้ำ และแชมพูให้ในห้องน้ำ / โทรถามว่าทำไมไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเหมือนที่อื่น front บอกว่า มีแค่แปรงสีฟัน / cotton bud ให้ ซึ่งล/ค ต้องขอตั้งแต่ตอนอยู่ที่ front ซึ่งถามว่าล/คเข้าใจไหม และไม่มีอะไรบอกในห้องให้ทราบ รู้สึกไม่ประทับใจเลย แถมบอกว่าจะให้แม่บ้านเอาขึ้นมาให้ รอหลายชม. ก็ไม่มา จนต้องลงไปเอาเอง คือถ้าจะ service แบบ service apartment ก็ควรจะบอกแต่แรก นี่ราคาห้องก็ไม่ใช่ว่าจะถูก ล/คก็คิดว่าจะได้ service ที่ดีกว่านี้ ข้อดี : ห้องใหญ่ สะอาด เพดานสูง ทีวีใหญ่ ทันสมัย ห้องน้ำแคบ เมื่อเทียบกับห้องส้วม

Great stay.
The location is a bit far but they offer shuttle service. Rooms was clean and bed was comfortable (not as hard as a normal Thai bed). The pool was fantastic and the staff was great!

Great, but breakfast lacking
Clean and high quality. Great pool! And fantastic service. Only negative was the breakfast was not so great, especially for vegetarians.
