I was rudely tteated by a staff member who was cooking eggs, when i politely asked her a question i was completely ignored not once but 3 times and by her looks and attitude it can only be construed as a this lady was ' racist '

Fantastic service!
I will start by saying that the service was fantastic. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I would hilly recommend this hotel. The only complaint I have is that the room we stayed in for the first 2 nights was in the older building. The bathrooms where old and although they where clean, the silicone around the edges of the tub where yellowing making them look dirty. I felt this was not up to the standard of the rest of the resort. We transferred to the newer building for our last 2 nights and the rooms where very nice. I am told that these bathrooms will be renovated in the future.

Good place to stay chilled with gd staffs
Nice stay during weekend. Close to both the beach and the center of Huahin. This place is filled witht faciltiy that made children enjoy as well as the adults do.

Overall, it's a nice hotel that has a good interior design and comfortable ambience. However, some lights were not working, the toilet had a bad smell probably due to drainage system and met with a blackout during the stay. Hotel staff were friendly and tried to assist us to their best ability.

The staff was nice and helpful with everything The room was okay at first but the air condition took so long to cool the room and it’s hot almost all the time The bathroom floor was dirty and slippery at the shower area other area was okay The corridors door are a little bit hard to open but the view is okay and corridors is clean Overall is nice but needs to improves

Ok hotel but could be a lot better
Reception staff were very good on checking in,hotel corridors smell of mothballs/garlic/sewerage,room spacious,shower mat was disgusting,yellow/black and slimy,foot infection waiting to happen,awful breakfast,fried eggs already cooked and left on a tray,synthetic pork or chicken sausages,plastic sandwich ham cut into small squares,no bacon,beans,grilled tomatoes or hash browns,a selection of Thai food which did not appeal to me for breakfast,and to cap it all,plastic plates,on the second morning at breakfast I took two fried eggs from the tray,the better looking two,iwas in the restaurant for approx a half hour,the four remaining eggs were still there till a guest took two of them,I was on b&b basis,I did not eat breakfast in this hotel for the rest of my stay.

Happy stay at Hin Nam
Hotel looks very nice and the staff was very friendly. Great buffet breakfast was included with many items! Pool was great for our 2 year old child, but some of the tiles are cracked (sharp), the elephant slide rocks dangerously (can catch toes or fingers) and the bigger pool has very sharp rocks on the contours and beach area (I guess for anti slip, but they are overly sharp) This can lead to many scratches and cuts while playing so be cautious. But the pool was still very fun for us to play in so I would give it a 7.5/10. You can take a short golf cart ride to the "beach" which can be non-existent at high tide. Not too many options for dinner in the area, but you can travel 5-10 minutes down the road by green bus or taxi to find some good food. Room was very nice at first glance, but found several hairs in the shower/bath tub and the tub drain wouldn't open, when pulled up to let the water out, a huge clump of long black hair came with it. It wasn't a huge bother as that's exactly what those drains are meant to do, but might want to be part of the hotels room cleaning checklist.

Not good but it was cheap
It was very cheap. But the rooms are heavily worn vs the pix. Whilst the deisgn is appealing they have been VERy cheaply made (ie: super thick caulking to hide poor workmanship, shoddy wiring). We had no hot water in one room on checkin & then told the handyman has gone home for the day so tough!! I mean they can call any of Hua Hin's 100+ electricians - they dont need to penny pinch by using only in house staff to fix things. If you give a stuff abotu guests you fix it NOW - no idiotic excuses. The next night it STILL was not working properly (handyman came and he thought he had fixed it). It was 3rd day beofre it was okay. Lucikly we had 2 rooms so were able to shower in next room but annoying nonetheless. Hotel location is useless but we had a rental car & knew it was not near much. We chose this hotel as we thought at least the kids could swim half of each day - pool was a bit dirty but big problem was that it's in the shade and therefore cold so not used much.

Do not stay at this hotel. Your miles from anywhere and it's costly to go anywhere from this location. No one speaks English and no one is interested in helping you. #2, there is little to no wifi so if your looking for wifi, don't go to this hotel. #3 This hotel is not on the beach, you can't even see the beach from the hotel, you have to walk about 5-7 minutes to get to the beach, they do provide a shuttle but it only takes you there it doesn't bring you back. The gym is okay but it's hard to find someone to let you in to work out. Breakfast buffet does offer a wide array of choices, but not any are really that good. Lastly, I wasn't impressed with Hua Hin or this hotel and wouldn't return to either.

Plesant Stay
Got two rooms on the top floor facing inward towards the pool. From our balcony we can also see the ocean. Other reviewers mentioned loud music from the pub nearby. We heard it from the parking lot but once we got up to our room we couldn't hear a thing, perhaps you could hear it from the rooms facing towards the pub. While the resort wasn't on the beach it was less than .5km away -- very short walk down the street or they have a shuttle service. The room itself was nice. Very modern design. Would stay here again.

Like a family hotel
I stayed here with my brother and my cousin. Hard to find the hotel first but this hotel is near the main road. Room is clean, nice staff. But breakfast is not much small room for many people.

The room itself at this hotel was ok, but it ends about there. The hotel is nothing like pictured on their website, and it's a 10 minute bus ride into town- which is a problem if you want to go out for dinner. The only alternative after 9pm is to use over-priced tuk tuks. The biggest issue for me was that the wifi didn't work, which required to periodically check emails for my business. The staff offered no assistance in getting it working, other than suggest I come and work in the lobby. Although we prepaid 4 nights, we decided to check out after 2 and move to a nicer (and cheaper) hotel in the town. I explained nicely that I had to move because of the internet access, however they would not refund us even partially for the two nights already paid for. Glad to get out of there. The other issue was that they wouldn't let my wife into the bar- it's for men only to find some "company"!

Decent hotel for the price
A little disappointed with hotel location as it appears to be close to the beach, but its actually quite far from beaches and shopping. Also it took approximately 20 minutes for check in since they couldn't find my reservation, and the staff didnt speak sufficient english so It was hard to communicate. But after the minor complications, it was an ok experience.

Good value if you get a good rate.
Rooms are nice and clean, fridge, ac, TV, small balcony. Its a bus ride into town but one stops right outside the door. There are restaurants nearby although you have to cross a 4 lane motorway with no traffic lights to get to them. There is a small supermarket at the entrance. Beach is a 15 walk. Hotel pool is large but mostly in the shade during Jan,Feb and March, at weekends lots of city people come with children so its crowded, not really a pool you would want to spend every day at if you are on holiday, although it is nice and well looked after.

Great Bargain
The room we had was very nicely appointed and the hotel has a great free breakfast. The only problem was that there was a Disco nearby that was very loud and you could hear the music until about 4AM in the morning.

พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสดี ตัวห้องไม่ได้สะอาดมากแต่ก็ไม่ถึงกับสกปรก สิ่งของเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้อยไปหน่อย ทำให้ความสะดวกสบายลดลง เช่นไม่มีกระดาษทิชชู่ใช้ภายในห้องนอน มีเฉพาะในห้องน้ำ ในส่วนห้องน้ำก็เหมือนกัน คือมีให้แค่ที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น เช่นไม่มีสบู่ ทำให้ต้องเดินไปหยิบเอาครีมอาบน้ำมาล้างมือ

Da wo das hotel ist, ist kein strand.langer weg bis zum Nachtmarkt.Das Bad mit Badewanne ist schön war aber nicht sauber und kein heisses wasser zum baden.Da nützt auch nicht der 2 Fernseher über der Badewanne.Frühstück vor Ort anschauen und entscheiden ob man es will kostet 200 THB. Neuer Motorroller im Hotel zum leihen ohne probleme.

จนท.ขับรถกอล์ฟดี สระเด็กลูกเล่นสนุก นอกนั้นไม่ชอบ เช่น ตอนเช็คอินฟร้อนท์สตัฟชี้ ๆ ให้เดินไปทางนั้นเพื่อไปห้อง ไม่มีจนท.อื่นมาเทคแคร์ต่อ ต้องเดินหาลิฟท์เข้าตึกแบบงง ๆ (พักตึกเก่า) ต้องเดินกลับมาถามอีกรอบ พี่คนขับรถกอล์ฟเลยเดินมาชี้ให้เอง ในห้องเหมือนเตรียมอะไรให้ไม่สุด เข้าใจมั้ย เช่น ถังขยะไม่มีถุงรองก่อน ทิ้งไรไปมันก็จะสกปรกถังขยะ คราบเดิมมีให้เห็น (ไม่เคยเจอ ขี้เหนียวถุง) ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีให้แค่ 2 ผืนใหญ่ (แจ้งล่วงหน้าว่ามีเด็กด้วย รวม 3 คน) มันต้องเตรียมเผื่อให้ลูกค้าอีกผืนรึเปล่า ผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนเล็กเช็ดผมก็ไม่มี ตลก ห้องเหมือนปิดมานานไม่มีคนพัก (Jr Suite) ให้ห้องมาพักแต่ไม่ได้รีเช็คอีกรอบมั้ง อ่างมีผม คือรวม ๆ ดูไม่สะอาดอะ สรุปไม่ชอบ คงไม่มาพักอีก
